Barathi Raja and other Cini groups might have worked against congress and may have defeated many congress candidates. But the loss is only for TN not to congres as it has emerged single largest party and will form the government. Now where will you go to redressal

Bharathi raja, seeman can be aginst congress and sonia, but they can't speak a single word against karunanidhi. it is to because of respect, it is because of fear. several congress candidates lost their election only because of back stab by their party faction, nothing more. and not because of seeman groups.

First of all best wishes to the winning candidates. These political parties now setting new trends in TN like investing 15 crores per constituency and 50 crore investment against Vaiko. It was clear the congress candidate exchanged the 1000's to 100's to distribute to the voters. They gave 1000 to 2000 per head in Viruthunagar. Nothing much to say. Also the DMDK played helping role to DMK led alliance. Spectrum king gave Rs 2000 / vote. Final outcome of this election... Tamil peoples are again slave and beggar. What else we can say on this verdict.

True Mr. Vasanth. DMK gave money as you said. Many people have confirmed. Also, the DMDK is a proxy for DMK and helped split DMK votes. Vijayakanth should probably concentrate on his acting skills or join AIADMK instead of being a joker. Next time around, people will reject him outright and vote for AIADMK. This is one great lesson for the TN People. Even DMK can not demand Ministries as they did in 2004, since Congress is having more seats in Parliament and would like to keep them in their place.

from this election karunanidhi family will root themselves deep into the mud of politics and will not be easy to uproot them. from now see the growing wealth of karuna family. you tamilians be satisfied with 1rs kilo rice that he is distributing as alms. you see the tv he has distributed and he will sell the house you are living in to somebody. good move by karuna to win votes. now indians forget everything swiss banks, srilanka tamilians issue, afzal guru excecution, ajmal kasab trial and be ready for more blasts across the country, more inflation and more desruction.

Growth in terms of knowledge and fair things are on the higher side now. people will not digest their party (PMK) switching to alliances every time, like a monkey.. If they (PMK)did and stand on right things, definitely mass will be there. It is a point of action and not on words.

Cong and BJP are out of TN and can never come back unless they work at grassroot level for the people. In my opinion ADMK pushed out BJP and Cong out of TN.

Really how many Tamils did the LTTE murder? Just dont listen to ropaganda? If the LTTe was murdering Tamils how come most Tamils more than 90% supported the LTTE . This support came from HIndu Tamils and Christian Tamils, Brahmin Tamils and Dalit Tamils. Unless the We Eelam Tamils had a death wish, which we do not, we most have would not have supported the LTTE. SO dont listen to propaanda punleshed and spread by many anti Tamils.

few main reasons why DMK won by small margins : 1. VIjayakanth's DDMK split the votes, which worked against the favour of AIADMK 2. AIADMK candidates are not so popular 3. Money & Power influenced the voters, even to some level booth capturing by DMK 4. Selection of Communal candidates worked against AIADMK & PMK 5. Jayalalitha's inability to capitalize on the incumbancy / pro-tamil factor. 6. Most important - SEEMAN & CO did not target DMK, else AIADMK would have made a complete sweep.
