Believe it or not, given the circumstances he has done a marvellous job. The electoral mandate speaks volumes for this gentleman, who have shown confidence in his prudence for governing and leading India to new heights & glory depsite rising prices of commodities. Not only this time, but he is slated to become PM for another tenure after this one. This is my hunch. You have my best wishes.

yeah.. well said.. he is very professional unlike other politician, has clear reputation so far. hope he continues the same to deliver good things such as nuclear deal, six pay, farmer loans wave off and etc... wish you very all the best. Singh is really become big king
Congr has degraded democracy by not fielding MMS in elections, though he was projected as their PM candidate. During last tenure also MMS did not stand for election and continued to b PM as Rajya Sabha member. On earlier occassions, whenever someone from Rajya Sabha had become PM, he stood for election for Loksabha.

MMS can win from almost any urban constituency of India, whether rich or poor, whether Hindu or Muslim dominated.

Issue is not whether he can win or not, issue is why he was not given a ticket for this election? This is degradation of the parliamentary democracy.

And remember, he had earlier lost the only Loksabha election he fought.

AI Then why not contest? Perhaps the experience when he lost from South Delhi still rankles him.

fantastic win by the UPA alliance. This election clearly proves, that Indian people are not for any communal forces. They want to live peacfully.

If you support muslims, you are secular. But if you support hindus, you are communal. Because muslim is not a religion and hindunis religion as per congress ideology.

In India most of the parties, incl Cong r communal, though only those parties r called communal who speak for Hindus.

How does it matter? People get te government they deserve.Ultimately public will is what needs to be respected, no matter whoever wins.
