29:14 And verily we sent Noah (as Our messenger) unto his folk, and he continued with them for a thousand years save fifty years; and the flood engulfed them, for they were wrong-doers.

So how does it affect you life JGN? If a person believes that he lived for 950 years so be it. People also believe that an accident created this universe. These are theories. People live with it. How is your life getting affected by it ? Plus this is just a way to change the topic when you did not have an argument.

I have a valid argument. The Koran is supposed to be a "divine revealation". So it should not contian such abusrdities.

Unless you can prove beyond doubt that people did not live for long in ancient times, you are banking on a theory rather than proof.

Varun is young but already has a vision for developed India.Sounds very good but difficult to implement.Sterilisation plan is good and it is not new to India. In fact, govt of India has a project of family planning for both males and females, there is also an incentive to the acceptor of sterilisation. If on the eve of election this project gets some publicity, that will be good for the country.

ANY IDEA WHO HAS GOT GUTS TO STOP CONVERSION
by palani murugan on May 09, 2009 09:17 PM  | Hide replies

After Kerala TN Orissa missionaries aggressive in AP and Karnataka
Alarming 5 fold increase in Kandhamal Christian population from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001 ,It began with the arrival of Christian missionaries in the area who found the remote region very conducive to conduct prosetylization amongst the poor tribals. The conversions continued unhindered until the arrival of Swami Laxmanananda who put strenuous efforts to stop conversions and help reconversion to Hinduism as well. If not for his effort Kandhamal would have been another Nagaland in the making where the separatist movement has wrecked havoc in the state.
The aggressive Christian proselytization in Orissa today pitched previously peaceful tribals into warring camps of Christians and non-Christian. This has has vitiated the peace that has existed with various communities for millenia.
Why Orissa
Orissa has been specially targeted because of a huge tribal population. This allows the missionaries to work from the scrutiny of the media and carry our their nefarious activities.
In Kandhamal district, for instance, the Christian population has increased from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001, despite a law enacted by the Orissa Legislature in 1967 to prevent conversion by allurement, coercion, bribery and cheating.

Guys to stop conversion first understand the dynamics of conversion .ie how do they get people to switch religion ? xtians do this by

1 . offering food for poor
2. Offering them education
3. Offering them equality
Lastly xtians have dedicated people just to assist in the process of conversion . So if anyone wanna stop this follow their same method

If 1slam teaches caste then it should be mentioned in the Qraan, if Xtianity teaches killing of innocents the it should be mentioned in the b1ble. Like I said, recently there was a news of a h1ndu father raping her daugher for many years on the insistance of his preist. Unless it comes from the vedas its deviation form h1nduism and not a part of it.

REAL FACE OF biased INDIAN MEDIA.
by dhandu on May 09, 2009 09:12 PM

Every media is owned by overseas Christian organisations. It was difficult to believe but the Election coverage by TV Media is prooving the point.
BUT NOW IT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT.
(1)No TV Media aired the News on the suicide of Senior Vadhera. If any such death had
happened in the family of a BJP person, the Media would have gone agog with the
news.
(2)Teestha Setalwad was exposed of creating most of the Gujarat Riot Stories and in
fact taken the Supreme court almost for a ride.Imagine a similar offence by the
opposite side. There would have been discussions, hen fights, opinion polls and
SMS surveys.

The MEDIA OF THIS DECADE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR AGES TO COME. IT IS A BLOT ON JOURNALISM.

Is there any Indian who will lodge a criminal case on Testha Setalwad for her crimes against the communal harmony of this country?

You have not read the beginning or the end. FYI the chapter starts with specifically telling who to fight and why to fight. And by the time we reach to verse 29 the context is totally established.
