This so-called intelligence report by the IB, which is a part and parcel of the govt machinery is grossly in violation of the election code of concut. In fact this a blatant and gross violation of the worst kind. Since the EC has not taken cognisance of this on its own, the CEC who is the head of the EC becomes responsible for gross negligence and being a silent spectator and even an abetter. I request Rediff editor/ management to forward my mail to the Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India so that this can be treated as a public complaint under the provisions of PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION against the IB, CEC and the govt in power represented by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh. I request other readers to mail in their support for this action.
Now i know why terrorism does not end in India...because people who should be working on to contain terrorism are busy finding out how many seat a political party will win....this is disgusting....This way terrorism will never end in India till we have such parties at centre

As per election code of conduct, opinion and survey poll results should not be published. This is applicable to IB also. Mean while IB a govt agency is not a proper authority to do this job. Congress managed to install a dummy PM, President, CEC and corrupt CBI and IB also in their favour. To prove their fairness CEC should file a case in SC against IB.
Why Congress govt at Center should try to bias the voters by getting such reports in media that Congress will be in power and MMS will be PM. This sends a wrong messege that now IB is also corrupted to get such desired report. Let Congress have patience till 16th and watch and see that trying to affect the last phase by such reports, which no body trusts.
