Total money in the country is equivalent to the Gold it has .... that mean money is constant(although gold and hence the money is increasing)in large sense.

If some one becoming richer day-by-day that mean number of people indirctly becoming poorer.

The sad thing is our Govt. and media joint handedly try to potray anly the brighter side..we are very intellegently insulated from the true picture of India by central and state Govts with the help of media..when we see it in foreign movie we can not accept it.

The morethe polarization the more the economically hindered we are.

Indians living in Bengal (known as Bengalis) are known for their belief in equality.
That particular part of our country never let caste and religious difference to take place in the issue list in politics.

Those people never said anything but ‘Jai Hind’.

Rather ‘Jai Bangla’ is synonym of an eye infection (conjunctivitis) in local colloquial.
Be’coz people leaving there know that regionalism is the biggest enemy of our country.

better we all will live in less glamourized society than a economically polarized society where measure of development is total number of cororpati.

Mamta is an expert hooligan
by Parichay on May 06, 2009 03:52 PM  | Hide replies

Mamta is an expert hooligan .... know nothing about economics and finance.

What is the economical devlopment plan TMC has?

Share it in the post...plz.

Mamta is interrupting every development effort in Bengal.

She throws Tata-Nano out of Bengal after being heavily financed by opposite business class.
Noe she has bought Star-Ananda (electronic Media), Ananda Bazar (Print media) and using them.....we know who gave you the money.

Even if a single road is being expand TMC cadres are disrupting the effort.

Bengal is a densely-populated state....even being a small state in size it is having second largest number of Lok shabha seats (42)..it is so densely populated.

Another factor is after land reform in ‘70s number of (owner)/(unit land) is highest among all the state……rather it is more than double or triple in figure.

For above mentioned reasons Land acquisition has to be a problem here...but we need to calculate our loss-gain being unbiased, obviously with proper rehabilitation (not the way Lakhan Shet the dictator wants) .

Mamta is doing this politics of disruption be'coz if Buddha Dev succeeds to improve the economy and employment she will be of no value.

CPM in past did a lot of wrong things in respect to economy...we supported them....bad mistake.....TMC doing the same thing now....should we support again this negative politics to hinder ourselves one more time?

Hooliganism not the exclusive domain of Mamata. Look around & you will find many instances in the last 32yrs by the CPM. From burning alive "Ananda Margis" in the heart of Kolkata to shooting & killing unprovoked at Mamata rallies, the ruling left front has tried every trick! Now when someone is able to give a tit-for-tat reply its called Hooliganism!!!
A Tata plant at what cost? What was the process? Why no discussions when there was time? Surely the arrogance of the Chief Minister who runs helter skelter to show he's trying to salvage the situation. It was his making, after all.

THE TRUTH REVEALED
by kedem kemorah on May 06, 2009 01:50 PM  | Hide replies

The BJP was earlier the BJS or Jan Sangh the founder of which was Dr. Shymaprasad Mukherji from Bengal. Thanks to the Advani & Vajpayee duo they have ki77ed the party in West Bengal by sidelining all the stalwarts of the party & replacing them with worthle$$ outsiders as also deliberately tying up the future of the Party to the pallu of an undependable Mamata Banerji for which Tapan Sikdar was thrown out of the party for opposing her tooth & nail. The last time that Tapan won from Dum Dum was due to the efforts of Subhas Chakravorty who is against Amitava Nandi. If Tapan has the blessings of Subhas this time also he may cause havoc. The CPI(M)has a doctrine of ensuring the victory of any opposition party candidate in West Bengal if they feel that this party will come to power in the centre so that this MP after becoming a Minister remains their stooge in the Central govt. & looks after their interests on a daily basis like Pranab Mukherji now. That is how & why Tapan won the last time & became Union Minister & took care of Chandan Bose's (Jyoti's son)problems as Mamata was after him. Tapan ensured that Chandan was not harassed in gratitude to Subhas who is Jyoti's greatest minion. It is left entirely to the politically conscious Bengalis to ensure that the BJP does very well in the State as it is the one party which is different from the rest of the psudo-siculars ruining Bengal since decades including Bangladeshi infiltration.

KK...You interpretation of History is baseless. Dr. S P Mookherjee is well known in India due to the very same BJS and now BJP. Dr. Mookherjee has a circle named after him in Bombay( The one near the taj).
Dr. Mookherjee died very mysteriously in Jail in Kashmir.
The reason for the BJP not doing well in Bengal is thanks to its own lethargic people.
Do not blame anybody for the party's dismal performance till now.
Satyabrata was a minister in the Vajpayee cabinet, that it self laughs at your theory.

by Sudeep on May 06, 2009 01:50 PM  | Hide replies

BJP was/were/are/is and always will be an X-Factor and people will always try to solve the value of 'X'.
Some of X results are:-

X= Will always be sitting with the apposition.
X= Will always play Hinduta Cards at times of trouble. (ex- Election Time, etc.)
X= Will always demolish Worship Places Like Babri, Churches, etc...
X= Will always create trouble in the country like Babri, Godhara, Khandhamal, Mangalore, etc...
X= Will always sign treaty to hand over places like Kargil, etc...
X= Will always set criminals free like Khandhar,etc...
X= Will Kill people like that in Ghram Stains, etc...
X= Is always UNKNOWN. So always stay away from UNKNOWN.

Sudeep, its better to be in opposition rather than destroy a state by being in power for 30 years, better to play hindutva card than the phoney lal saalam on the streets and hugging salim and ratan rata behind closed doors, better to demolish concrete structures rather than demolish humankind(starting with exterminating anand margis and continuing till date via kespur, garbeta, nandigram and singur), yes a treaty is better than dancing to the tunes of communists of china, its better to free 3 terrorists to save 350 lives rather than pamper a million would be terrorists coming from bangla desh for votes, and in the context of bengal, an unknown angel is better than the known devil, for no one else can be worse than this devil.

Yes....Bandarloks like you will remain the Z factor in this country. Your leaders like Sukur Ali and Gopal das are well known for their intimidation of voters.
Also, your Buddhadeb recently was kicked out from one of the corners of your states. So much for governance in the past 35 years.
Commies and their demonic supporters are thugs, plain thugs.
One day India will hold your hammer and sickle down and chase you away.

Sudeep your name suggests that you are a bengali. Now do you know what happened to Bengali hindus in Bangladesh in 1971. The pakis selectively killed intellectual hindu like doctors engineers professors and total number of hindus killed were in millions. You bengalis should vote for BJP so that things like that are not repeated in future.

Any good scheme from BJP is bad for media
by gomateswara on May 06, 2009 01:31 PM  | Hide replies

Yeddyurappa’s budget had encouraging news for several sections of the population — farmers, high school students, officials, researchers, patients, alike.

The decision to send 1000 farmers abroad on a study tour will expose them to different types of farming methods. Further a provision of Rs 750 crores as a support price for farm produce is good news.
Yeddi has given a fillip to ornamental fishery and has given an impetus to the establishment of goshalas for the protection of milch cattle. Extending free power to farmers with upto 10 HP pumpsets, introducing e-tendering to bring in transparency, allotting Rs 2 crore for reviving the river Arkavathy and establishing 500 foot bridges in the Malnad to bring connectivity to remote villages, are all heartening to note.

CM also deserves to be congratulated for providing free health insurance to poor families. Another noteworthy point, is the support given to the development of sandalwood cultivation, green villages and medicinal plants
Hindus should wake up before getting extinct by the so called secular crooks
