Hindu-Muslims are better united under BJP. Except for some riots which were instigated by the evil motives of certain people.
What Bengal can expect from "Ahulwalia", basically from Punjab Pakisthan and has enough backing from abroad mafias, totally programmed to be used against Bengalees since independence by their lords, so called north Indians. These North Indians have been destroying each and every race, language, culture, tradition,civilisation of Indian states, who are a bit different from them. Their motto is very simple, make money and gain power to destry and fool others. They want to rule and oppress other flimsy states. They have gained enough courage since Nehru's time to do anything wrong in this country. Bengalees should see history and present to realise much of it. what did they do with Bongo and what they have been doing with prabasee Bangalees since 50 long years. Even a child can realise the situation. Actually, a group of BJP people from Bihar entered into Nandigram and attacked on Mandal's family and gunned down him. It was an idea of BJP to play holy with the blood of poor and rural Bengalees in the name of that hopeless Ram who even couldn't save his wife and moreover, spoilt his whole life in forest.Actually all these north dominated political parties are the ways by which they enter into other states to settle and run their business, oppressive doctrines and administrative dynasty of tyranny. Mr Babun Bhramochari ( Confused Chari), I read your earlier reports and understand that inspite of being in Delhi ( i suppose ) you have lot of regional devide in your mind like Calling "Northies". I do not understand why ? perhasps it is negative training of your mind. When you are in Delhi or in Bengal, for a south indian you are northies only !!! get rid of this feeling as early as possible, and start calling yourself Indian.

I condemn the attack and also this post.
Indians living in Bengal (known as Bengalis) are known for their belief in equality. That particular part of our country never let caste and religious difference to take place in the issue list in politics.
Those people never said anything but ‘Jai Hind’.
Rather ‘Jai Bangla’ is synonym of an eye infection (conjunctivitis) in local colloquial. Be’coz people leaving there know that regionalism is the biggest enemy of our country.

Why are you unnecessarily dragging region into your post, if you dont like the dragging of religion into everything? West Bengal is a CPM fortress, how can BJP influence it at all?

@Babun. I think you got the facts wrong. It is/was congress who are against Bengalees. BJP follows the principles of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. It was BJP who initiated Mukherjee commission, but Congress prefered to supress it. As far as probasee Bangalees are concerned I have not come across anywhere where a probasee Bangalee is being called Bangladeshi.

In an effort to manipulate the law and escape the death penalty, Kasav's lawyer has said that that Kasav was not waging war on India, but was trying to liberate Kashmir by committing terror acts on Mumbai. The lawyer, said that according to definition of India in section 18 of IPC J and K does not form part of India and therefore the motive of liberation of Kashmir could not be classified as waging war on India, and thus as this law is only applicable to citizens of India and so Kasav can't be charged with it, so that he can escape the death penalty.
Congress should answer
1.. How do they claim J and K is integral part of India when section 18 of IPC does not say so? 2.. Why they are against article 370? To please whom?

what is article 370 : Article 370 of the Indian Constitution
(1) Temporary provisions with respect to the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution,-
(a) the provisions of article 238 shall not apply in relation to the State of Jammu and Kashmir;
(b) the power of Parliament to make laws for the said State shall be limited to--
(i) those matters in the Union List and the Concurrent List which, in consultation with the Government of the State, are declared by the President to correspond to matters specified in the Instrument of Accession governing the accession of the State to the Dominion of India as the matters with respect to which the Dominion Legislature may make laws for that State; and
(ii)such other matters in the said Lists as, with the concurrence of the Government of the State, the President may by order specify.
Explanation.- For the purposes of this article, the Government of the State means the person for the time being recognised by the President as the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir acting on the advice of the Council of Ministers for the time being in office under the Maharaja's Proclamation dated the fifth day of March, 1948;

In india 3states selected/ adopted the communist policy.1).Kerala, 2).West bengal, 3).Tripura, All the three failed to bring the required developement and create employment,Look you can see all these groups are working in other states in massive numbers snatching the locals oppurtunities. In this kerala got some benefit because of the kerala muslims success in gulf and there was christians and Muslims who were/are anti communist did well in self progress so,keralite were able to survive, But in other two states only minority were muslim they also adopted the hindu communist mentality of destroying the oppurtunity instead of creating it. Look now the congress is alliance with TC who are obstructing their own supported project TATA nano, That means they are also like DMK which thinks if the people progress their survival is in danger,So keep them in poverty and illitracy, In the survey it mention Bengal has 33% below poverty line population,It is only better than Orissa where waste population are tribals and it takes lot of effort to develope them in this modern competative world. So please awake and defeat the TC/Cong anti people allaince

The basic philosophy of Communism lacks " Economic Driving Force " It has at the edge of failure whereever it was including Russia. China has been successful in a hybridization of communism with progressive market economy and industrialization. Red flag has brought more problems both to industry and workers rather than bringing prosperity to them.

This is not a political issue. It is about freedom of press!!! This photo-journalist was doing his duty towards his calling and was beaten up. All journalists in India need to stand up and say NO-MORE!
The National Library in Calcutta has been taken up for election process, I mean, is there a dearth of government buildings in Calcutta worth decimating. Why not rock the Raj Bhavan when you are at it? Voting being held close to weekends, why? to enjoy longer weekends..why not have the elections ON WEEKENDS? Are we getting anywhere. When the tool itself is blunt, what hopes can we have for the structure?
