Trinamool Congress
by frank on May 06, 2009 10:01 AM  | Hide replies

This was the way of communist party to keep their control over west Bengal. Communist party leaders so called intellectuals have used their brain only how to capitalize rural votes, not in development of any kinds. And they are successful in that point of view. Last year they won about 35 seats among 41 seats. Whereas the west Bengal, with its vast endowment of mineral, fertile tract of indo-Gangetic plains, an industrial base stood out during independence, natural settings to promote tourism industry, etc over past few decades failed to delivery.

I condemn the attack.

Indians living in Bengal (known as Bengalis) are known for their belief in equality.
That particular part of our country never let caste and religious difference to take place in the issue list in politics.

Those people never said anything but ‘Jai Hind’.

Rather ‘Jai Bangla’ is synonym of an eye infection (conjunctivitis) in local colloquial.
Be’coz people leaving there know that regionalism is the biggest enemy of our country.

Keep Mamta(TMC),Lakhan Shet(CPM),Subhas Chakrabaty(CPM),Madan Mitra(TMC) like people out of politics we will improve

This is attach on freedom of press
by Citizen Journalist on May 06, 2009 09:56 AM

This incident is a classic example of how systematically freedom of press is getting curtailed in India. This New York-based Indian born photo-journalist was only doing his duty. People like him are rare in India's current media scene. This attack needs to be condemed by all media and not turned into a political issue.

Why no reporting of this news
by AnUnknownIndian on May 06, 2009 09:49 AM  | Hide replies

In an effort to manipulate the law and escape the death penalty, Kasav's lawyer has said that that Kasav was not waging war on India, but was trying to liberate Kashmir by committing terror acts on Mumbai. The lawyer, said that according to definition of India in section 18 of IPC J and K does not form part of India and therefore the motive of liberation of Kashmir could not be classified as waging war on India, and thus as this law is only applicable to citizens of India and so Kasav can't be charged with it, so that he can escape the death penalty.

Congress should answer

1.. How do they claim J and K is integral part of India when section 18 of IPC does not say so?
2.. Why they are against article 370? To please whom?

Lastly, the media, CNN IBN, NDTV Rediff all ignored this news.

Maybe Kasav's Lawer needs to be hanged along with Kasav. That SCUM (Lawyer) is not only trying to defend the devil(kasab) but he is trying to prrove that those Paki (jihaaadisthan) are not guilty. This is what happens when you have multiple fathers (Kasab & his lawyer and entire Pak-Jihaadisthan seems to have multiple fathers). Its only a matter of time b4 Taaliban takes full controll of Pak and PAK will be erased from the MAP within minutes by USA.

unfortunately bengalis a.k.a indians are a bunch of ..... living in the past, supporting and electing old men past their EXPIRY DATES and pushing the state into the dark ages. There is not a single young and sensible charismatic leader in the whole of Bengal. The bunch of morons in different parties echo the same sentiments and are always against any new ideas. The rich legacy of s.c.bose , Rabindranath tagore and other great Bengali leaders is usurped by the present moronic leaders like mamta, jyoti basu, karat and many more morons.

SC Bose,Tagore are not bengali thay are Indian.....don't shoe any diaregard to them.

We choose to remain under developed rather than letting religion, caste, region to engulf the politics of bengal and take over Indian sentiment.

You are generalising like a complete oxymoron. I dont support any of these leaders either, but you better watch your tone before targetting every Bengali. We can also accuse you of playing divisive politics.

We need to be Indians and the sooner you realise it, the better.

The word "Bangladedhi" is acceptable, kindly don't attribute any religion...it looks like we are open for people of other religion even if they are from bangladesh.

In bengal there are a group of politician (people enemy) who are ruining the state....thay are in every party....we need to identify them and throw them out of India.

Poor Bengalis

The days are gone when Bengalis used to provide thoughts & directions for rest of the India.
No more Vivekanand, Ramkrishna Paramhansa, Gurudev Tagore, Raja Ram Mohan Roy.

Now they are at the bottom of any development chart.
Today Bengal is known by Deshdrohi Communists, pre matrue Mamta, over rated Ganguly & last but not least Poverty.

Why Bong babus are not interested in Development & leading India again?

If congress do not condem bad as saying bad like they did in Mumbai by keeping mum on Raj thakare issue, they are bound to get affected in election. Public may not be able to fight with these Gunda elements but his DANDA of the Vote hits and has power without any sound.
