IT IS VERY SAD TO SEE THAT LIST
by such jano on Jun 03, 2009 03:52 AM  | Hide replies

NOT EVEN A SINGLE MUSI SPEAKER, EVEN FAILED NATION PAKISTAN HAS SEEN MANY MUSIES AS SPEAKER THERE.

AS A TRUE SECULAR HNDU , MY HEART IS PAINED TO SEE THAT NO MUSI WAS MADE SPEAKER TILL DATE.

I DEMAND A MUSLIM SPEAKER IN THIS PARLIAMENT, HAFEEZ WAS RELEASED YESTEARDAY IN PAKISTAN, CAN WE BRING HIM TO INDIA AND APPOINT SPEAKER TO PROMOTE SECULARISM IN THE COUNTRY.

IS THE SECULAR CONGRESS LISTENING TO SECULAR PUBLIC SENTIMENTS?

well yes it is racism we should remove atleast 5-8 ministers from center as south got many this time and my friend surely not counting andra pardesh in south lol

so the region which selects 20 (kerla (3-4 always not from ruling govt)) Tamil nadu 39 (30 atleast never from ruling govt (DMK cannot be counted as they always blackmail to get a cabinet berth)) and karnataka (only 10 this time from ruling govt) and andra obviously either you haven't heard about G M C Balayogi or you donot count it south

arun jaitely vs kapil sibal
by shuchira prakash on Jun 02, 2009 11:30 PM

both are assets for their respective parties.
but a party is though formed by individuals,is bigger than the individual herself or himself.
similarly, though meira kumar is late jagjivan ram"s daughter and first woman speaker of lok sabha , she is not bigger than the party.

Above caste politics
by RITA BHOWMICK on Jun 02, 2009 10:33 PM  | Hide replies

Many are alleging the Congress has played the dalit card to counter Mayavati. Why can't we see Meera Kumar as an individual and not a "dalit". This classification based political manouvers must end. There is no distinction. Meera Kumar is as human as Girija Vyas, or Sonia Gandhi. She is soft spoken(the role of a speaker is not that of a headmistress), articulate and has all the right credentials to Chair this August house. I wish her all success.
