CBI
by Gandhi on May 01, 2009 03:59 AM  | Hide replies

CBI has not bothered to save its face but follow its masters direction.
Giving Clean chit to Tytler- Why was that needed? He was a present MP and would have by every probability got relected. Con gress and Sonia ji knows this, Not even Manmohan knows.
Quattrocchi Uncle could walk clean with all the kick back money. Next CBI should do is to recommend him for Padamshree or Bharat bhushan!
Is CBI probing any case for Sajjan Kumar presently? I will say word for and not word against as that is how they are.

-only CBI?
-what about use and abuse of Judiciary recently, on the pretext of promoting Judges to Solicitor general ? Mumbai ATS ?
-This Congress really has become uncurable resistant type of LEPER for the country.
-Congress first divided the nation to 2 to Pak and India, then Pak to 2 into Pak and Bangladesh.
-Now congress is trying to divide the nation into many parts by bringing in disputed sachhar report etc.
_should kick sonia, rahul quatrocchi, priyanka quatrocchi and their slaves out of the country.
-The real traitors of this country are the ones who vote for congress.

You guys making your own terrorist group to plot bombs and kill unsuspecting people and trying to put blame on other terrorist groups. Are you any better? If you wanted to take revenge go and fight terrorists in Pakistan and Kashmir, why put bombs in public places and kill innocent people? Sadhavi's and sadhus are doing this shameless naked dance. Shame on people like you who would never look at self and go doctoring others.

The CBI is a habitual offender

Entire investigating agencies must be brought under the direct control of judiciary and not the government. If a minister is corrupt, he cannot be probed/prosecuted without the approval from central government. why?

CBI is't habitual offender, its' master
by bimal mohapatra on Apr 30, 2009 09:34 PM

For God sake do not say 'the CBI is a habitual offender', which is actually its' political master and subservient heads having vested interest. By saying so you are becoming a party in spoiling the interest of honest and professionally investigators who sometimes do not hesitate to sacrifice their own life while investigating high profile and high risk cases and ferreting out truths for national benefits and professional probity. Of course, in the recent past like in many cases earlier having political edges, the CBI has failed to deliver justice to its assignment, yet it has shown credible professionalism in very difficult investigations like Rajiv Gandhi assassination, fodder scam and many others. For these, its investigators have earned international acclamations and recognitions too. For every body's information, whenever it has been defamed and pulled by the court and media, they were because of the interferences of the government in power and subservient head of CBI, mostly drawn from state police just two/three years before their retirement a la Joginder Singh who now says, "There are documents with CBI showing that Quattrochi received $7.32 million. The documents have been given by the Swiss authorities themselves... I found that the CBI had a room full of documents relating to Bofors case but no one had touched them." To be very frank the professional investigators are doing their jobs without which Joginder can not claim today that the CBI has the Bofor documents.

Congress fiddles while Tamil population persishes
by Chris on Apr 30, 2009 08:07 PM

According to Anita Pratap, the Newsmagazine “The Week” date May 3, 2009, In regards to Sri Lanka, “This is not an LTTE, but a Tamil tragedy. Nowhere in the world has a government been continuously bombing its own civilians for over a year. This is a crime Israeli, American and NATO forces are not guilty of. A designated No Fire Zone has turned into a vast death chamber for Tamil civilians, trapped between the LTTE and the attacking army. Nowhere else in the world is a war being waged without outsiders and independent witnesses, not in Iraq, not in Afghanistan, not in Gaza. But in Sri Lanka, the media and NGOs have been banned from the war zone, and the International Committee of the Red Cross, among the lone relief workers there, has described the civilian situation as catastrophic. A quarter of a million Tamils uprooted. Tens of thousands imprisoned in refugee camps. Thousands killed and maimed.”
