Congress ideology is not mean? Today why Hindus & Muslims still in their heart yell at eachother? Who would benifit coz of this? Even during partition it was congress ideology coz Mr Nehru wanted to become PM & so did Jinnah.if congress was this good & country loving party why did they do partition? its not i am living in past but trust me Muslims still vote congress only coz of that.I m, not die heart fan of Congress but if Rahul gandhi will stand for PM only then m gonna vote for Congress.

When will you ppl start seeing congress beyond Gandhi family members?? I am not a supporter of congress but still feels,Pranab mukharjee can be a candidate. If we remove this family then congress party will vanish in a day. :D
It has been clear ever since the eletion fever got underway that Advani was not the right person to endear the voter to the BJP at the hustings. His age and his contradictory statements just did not go down well with the public. Since many months, my comments posted on Rediff have sought to project Modi as the vote catcher and Advani himself has admitted the popularity of Modi. BJP fortunes can still improve if Advani were to use his standing as the patriarch and push popular leaders to the front - even designate Modi as the Deputy PM.

Congress is hell bent on making Rahul prime minister. Can he talk on any issue the nation is facing. If that duffer can becime PM then any tom dick or harry can.
Our system is based on vote bank politics, every party is playing politics on the basis of relilgion, caste, region etc., in such circumstances, BJP is the only party which talks about national integrity first, all other issues later on.
This sheela seems to be most unhappy abt the Congress losing in the elections. She calls Priyanka Vadera as Priyanka Gandhi, how much is she paid for it. Achievements of UPA in last 5 years - Massive taxation and taxes on taxes, huge service tax, FBT, withdrawal tax, transaction tax etc breaking the back of the people, massive inflation, more that 100% operent rise in prices, never seen before, tur dal at rs 60 per kg, she does not even utter a word on that, atrocious real estate prices, starting price for a moderst flat is now rs 50 lakhs, huge job losses. None of these are issue for her. Yet she wants UPA back.

Unfortunately only Hindus/Sikhs say that. I want to hear it from other religions. What it has to do with the Congress which is the most communal party.

Aren't you bit of an ass, my friend? A citizen can vote for whichever party he or she prefers... only after due consideration of merits. Your preference is out on your sleeves... consider, think and reflect. A party that is already projecting its "official" PM candidate to move out making way for the western candidate is hardly doing its "official" candidate a favour... no? :-)

India committed a big mistake in the Lankan issue war ravaged Tamil people are deeply traumatised and feel being let down. The camps are in woeful conditions unfit for human beings . Inmates should stay within barbed wire borders & beg for food and medicine The Govt is planning to retain these temporay camps as permanent only stone-hearted people could visit the camps hundreds of thousands of people displaced and wounded were in a state of deep mental shock. “If unattended, a good number of them may soon have mental health problems”, The people are in distress and pain and feel let down by Indians. Tamils feel that the Indian government had let them down very badly Why a non-Tamil without the knowledge of Tamil as High Commissioner?

Why should it be India's concern? It's a sovereign state's internal problem. We better appreciate that keeping in mind our country's own tender state on similar grounds. LTTE, a terrorist organization bar none, is at the receiving end of it's own doing. The innocent trapped--and lakhs have escaped, thankfully--should be let go by this terrorist organization on no other ground but the fact that they consider themselves to be representing these trapped people. If they want to fight--notwithstanding their current offer of truce!--they should depend on their own "strengths" rather than using innocent people as human shields. And hey, their so-called truce is nothing but an oblique way to find some face-saving exit for themselves.

In Srilanka the tamilians are not Indians and it is their internal issue. India had done right thing by staying away from this. More over India got the heavy blow from LTTE by eliminating our Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. They have to pay price for this. The situation of Tamilians is an international issue, human right issue for which UN is there to take appropriate action.
