should BJP say sorry coz of Pro-Hindu party??
by ritesh mishra on Apr 27, 2009 12:39 PM

When mayawati support dalits, lalu & mulayam support yadavs, when congress support muslims then they are consider as secular parties. But why a party supporting Hindu is consider as communal? BJP govt. under Atalji was never biased to any state or community. The govt. is for all caste/class/communities, they have done justice to all during their govt. Why should BJP feel sorry if it thinks about welfare of Hindus? Its becomes fashion to support other than Hindus to be secular & broadminded. Congress say not to blame a whole community for few traitors. But wht they had done with sikh is all you know. TADA & POTA laws are for terrorist/traitors. UPA allies including congress feel these laws are against muslims. Why? What does it implies? It shows their hidden thoughts. They have just wear a secular mask. And if this is the meaning of secularism then its better to be communal.

Madhu, if you are giving Varun's example then I am sorry that you are not aware of actual situation in India but have knowledge of only what Media gives ( which ofcourse is biased). I do not favor what Varun said but I know what exactly congress is doing to India and what BJP is doing to India...please make yourself aware of all social and political things happening (including in East India) and then decide.

Actually that speech is the reason to vote for BJP. Because example Imran Kidwai's speech, D. Srinivas Speech and no action from either EC or media. Hypocrisy pushes us to vote for the victims of hypocrisy.

you are biassed, what about the inflamatory speaches of Lalu and Mallu after this incident. More over, Varun didnt speak anything against the muslims. He said that those working agist the country will be taken for task. What is the mistake in it?

Are you a real Indian? Then you will respect the Indian constitution and its principle of secret ballot. You are not supposed to reveal whom you voted for. It is a violation of the Indian constitution. Only a traitor will do that.

Another reason why BJP gains is Money deposited in foreign banks
by Ganga on Apr 27, 2009 12:15 PM  | Hide replies

Comp. Msg in 1st reply
The Germans took the step of bribing a bank official of the LGT Bank in Liechtenstein by paying $6 million. They got a secret CD containing 1,500 names of people who have stashed away money, and nearly 500, 600 of these were Germans. They acted against them, which included the head of the German postal system.

Then they told the entire world that anyone could ask for the names and if the names of those countries' nationals were there, they would part with it free of cost. All the countries made a request, but not India. So, Advaniji wrote a letter in April last year, but an evasive reply was given.

Three other things also happened. One, after Germany acted very powerfully, there was a big diplomatic row between Liechtenstein and Germany. Liechtenstein is a place from where secret trusts are created and monies are deposited into Switzerland. It is a principality.

Then, Germany took up the issue in the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's 17-nation platform (Switzerland is one of them) and asked for blacklisting and sanctions against Switzerland. France [Images] also joined Germany. This happened some time in October last year.

Switzerland did not know what to do then and they began lobbying. France and Germany then took it to the G-20 preparatory meeting. They said at the G-20 meeting on April 2 that they were asking for blacklisting of and sanctions against Switzerland and all those countries that were not cooperating

At that time Advaniji felt as the PM was attending the April 2 meeting, he should take up this issue. But our people remained silent at the G-20 preparatory meet.

See what India did. We didn't forcefully ask the Germans to give us the particulars. When Germany and France took up the matter in the OECD, we didn't welcome it. When they took up the matter in G-20 we did not support them or join them. So, from all this arose a big question, whether the government was at all interested in working against illicit Indian monies abroad. That is why Advaniji took up the matter. As the government did not take it up, the BJP had to take it up as an electoral issue.

Manmohan doesnot contest
by Ganga on Apr 27, 2009 11:58 AM  | Hide replies

There is another reason why BJP is gaining. Advani contests election and goes to Lok Sabha. Manmohan never contest election. He takes the back door route, through Rajya Sabha. He is not really a candidate elected by people. He wins through Match fixing approch
