Congress is more communal
by Guest on Apr 22, 2009 12:35 AM

Congress is real communal in the truest sense of the word.It is anti-Hindu and pro-Muslim party. It can go to any lowest extent to come into power. It would never sincerely try to solve terrorism issue because this issue is faced by Hindus.

We all Need to Honour You for the Service
by Patriot on Apr 22, 2009 12:28 AM

Sir - It is people like you we need in all area's in India - People who not think about divisive politics, race, colour, language, caste, creed and think as Indian and also always work with sincerity for the people of this country. Unfortunately we lost this breed of people slowly after Independence and this has become now a rare breed. Its not just Politicians only to be balmed but also people with short sightedness (always thinking about their State or Caste or Language) electing these Politicians. Kudos to what you did and we would love to have people like you, Seshan in any capacity. You people have set a fantastic example for the youngsters who are our nations future. The biggest fear is seeing people like you treated this way by Congress kind of party many would refrain from even studying for IAS, IPS. No wonder the state of the Nation is like this.

Sonia Gandhi much taller than Advani.
by Raj on Apr 22, 2009 12:23 AM  | Hide replies

PATNA: Congress President Sonia Gandhi was a much 'taller leader' than NDA's prime ministerial candidate L K Advani, while RJD chief Lalu Prasad was 'non-secular', Congress nominee TV star Sekhar Suman in the fray from prestigious Patna Sahib Lok Sabha seat said.

''Soniaji is a couple of thousand feet taller than Advaniji. No parallel can be drawn in their statures,'' Suman, who is locked in a triangular fight with his film-star colleague Shatrughan Sinha and RJD'S Vijay Kumar Sahu to make his maiden entry to Parliament, said.

''Sonia Gandhi having majority support could have become prime minister way back in 2004. But she sacrificed her candidature for the post and decided to make Manmohan Singh the prime minister.

But Advani, despite his age, was harbouring ambitions for becoming prime minister and relentlessly canvassing for people's support, Suman said adding the BJP leader's efforts reflected 'selfishness of sorts'.

Advani should have left any younger man in the race for the top job, he said ''While Sonia Gandhi has an image of representing people with secular credentials, Advani is leading a party with manifested communal backgrounds,'' he said.

3 top posts corrupted by Congress
by Kamadhenu on Apr 22, 2009 12:06 AM  | Hide replies

It is incredible that the CBI has given a clean chit to the Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. To expect the investigating agency to act freely without interference from the government of the day is definitely a remote possibility.
The government must therefore come clean in the matter to assure the victims that the law will take its course and the guilty will be brought to justice.

President:
---------
Look at the way we have brought a disciplined president. The previous man - kalam - appointed by BJP used to ask several questions before signing the bills, documents. We have brought an obedient, rubberstamp who never bothers to look at the document. In fact she is so disciplined that she has given us blank signed papers to me. See how disciplined a president we have.
CEC:
---
Kudos to the CEC I have brought. A man who is willing to do anything to please me. A man who obediently passes of all the insider information from the Election Commission thru wash room Can any other Party bring such a disciplined CEC??
CBI Director:
------------
We have got a Robotic CBI director.
On my direction he has allowed the Bofors accused to escape.
On my direction he has booked mulayam under corruption case. Again, when mulayam budges, on my direction he is ready to withdraw the charges.

Supreme Court: My next target
------------------------------
My next target is to discipline the SC. With rampant corruption in judiciary it is not very difficult

Dear Loan Shark,

either you don't understand or you refuse to understand.

What she received from Belgium is not just an award. It is something like a Knighthood in British kingdom where you are given the "sir' title. Such titles and privileges are given only in Monarchial countries such as Belgium, UK and a few other.

Indian Constitution categorically refuses right to any Indian Citizen to owe alleigance to any other country. During these presentations you need to take oath that you would are a part of the country's monarchial rule and would abide by their laws and reign. This is very different from many other international awards. Even 'Chevalier' which was insituted during French monarchy now today is only a title without alleigance towards any consitution. So, you will find foreigners, especially Indians accepting it. You would not have found a Single Knight (SIR) from India after 1950.

What Sonia Gandhi did is illegal and against the Constitution of India.

The Constitution of India disqualifies a sitting member of parliament if he or she is ‘under any acknowledgement of allegiance or adherence to a foreign state.’

Order of Leopold is one....that's why.

it's just an award ... it does not mean that any Indian receiving the award has now relenquished allegiance to India.

you get the award, you come home ... much like an Olympic Gold, much like knighthood. you are not bound by the foreign govt. to work for them or protect their interest.

this is unnecessary interpretation of the constitution.

He never said that. All he did was pass the paperwork to President for further review.

It is also possible that Indian constitution does not permit someone like Sonia to show their allegiance to Belgium Constitution.

pass paperwork? is he a clerk at the EC? the guy is CEC and his position is a constitutional appointment ... how can he be just a paper pusher? when he sends a request to the president to consider disqualifying, it is his expert opinion, not just a case put up by a clerk in his office.

alleginace or not, an award is just an award, it is an honor bestowed upon one ... you take the award, you return to your country, you display it ... that's all ... if you salute the monarch at the award assembly, it is part of the custom, if you stand for their nationla anthem, it is part of the custom ... you do everything they tell you to do .. because you want to look nice and respectful ... that's all. you come home and get back to your normal life

He never said it should be disqualified. All he said was this was worth inquiring. He never passed his judgement. Accepting an award is different from showing your allegiance to someone else's constitution. In reality, we do not know all the facts. Stu pid Media says whatever they want and there is no point in us discussing this issue

Ya dont also give up the citizenship of the foreign country. Why do you need to sing Indias National Anthem?
And so on so forth?
Dude if you commit to become a MP of Indian Parliament your Allegience should be to Indian Parliament. Not to Belgium. So if Belgium gives you Order of Leopold and says buy guns from us you can buy it right what is wrong in that

Just passing - I think you are just passing comments without thinking. He is a humble man and please read all his interviews. He has exactly gone by the code. He never overstepped his authority. If this has been Seshan (who is also very sincere man), he would have steam rolled Sonia and Chawla. He is a different type but great. This man is equally great in the sense he has politely done his duty and quietly retiring without making big noise. Our nationas problem today is when people cannot distinguish who is good and who is bad. Knowing our politicians (please note I not supporting either Congress or BJP), we should give the benefit of doubt to this man.

Why do you selectively read his interview instead of full. He did take action against Varun. Didnt he say that the tape was not doctored and that it was Varun on the tape.
What more do you want from a guy?
If he had not punished varun you would have questioned him.If he had been pro BJP he would have said that the tape was doctored.
Dude he is doing his job and as honestly as possible.
Why dont you try to become CEC and lets see what you end up doing

Congress hijacks EC.
by ashish tiwari on Apr 21, 2009 11:44 PM  | Hide replies

Congress has hijacked EC thru Navin Chawla. So why was it wrong if BJP appointed RSS guys as governers in states??

Congress will divided the nation as its only goal is to grab power...Congress has ruled the country for 50 years and is still asking for votes in the name of development. Rahul Gandhi asks Advani why he did not raise the issue of black money before?? Then BJP should ask why congress is asking votes for development. Why it did not seek development of the nation before?? Why after 50 years of Congress rule, 40% of India is illetrate and 90% cannot read and write english?? Why after 50 years there is no electricity, clean water and good roads in 80% of India??

Sonia Gandhi makes a statement that those who release the terrorists in Kandhar cannot fight terrorism then it applies to her party also..those who did not develop the country in 55 years cannot develop it now.

People of India should vote for development..and for the same reason should not vote for Congress.
