It is astonising that from a tea seller ,how Modiji become a mass leader .Modiji become poster boy for development of India ,I feel there is a huge scope in rural tourism like developing 4/5 scenic villages into one destinations where some river,some flowra,fauna,spring,pond ,small hillocks,with ethinic ,heritage,people,halls are available along with crop farming like wheat,rice ,sugar cane etc etc .India having 65 lakh villages can do wonder by promoting rural tourism with the help of village people itself for fooding,lodging ,camel.bullock cart driving .Its wonderfull when you live in a village with all these but if we can develop these villages into travel destinations then it become industries .If we can at least 20 % of these villages develop to rural tourism then there will be at least 10 lakh employment of rural populations with opening of some kind of one training institute on rural tourism to town level will create another 2 lakh jobs. This low budget rural tourism will attract large no of middle class as well as rich people domestically as well as internationally .As security can be a problem and to solve that we can create rural tourism police force also and another 10 lakh job creations .All these can be debvelop on 50-50 JV with GOV and PVT bodies. I think RT is the answer in this hour of financial crisis and improving purchasing power I have every beleive that Mr. Modi will appreaciate this article and rediff forum

gandhi nagar is also safe seat for ADVANI in many elections,50 years of parliament member is of no use for citizens !
As per todays news paper report on Times of India ,Ahmedabad ,Mr Narendra Modi ,CM of Gujarat is taking opinion vote from people from 2000 mobile vote counters from people of Gujarat and then to all India basis regarding fact of Indian black money in forign banks .His effort is laudable and he clearly says that this has no relation with current election. Iam giving an idea only to New Gov .Only good Gov with genuine intention can perform Advaniji has started a debate on black money which no body including any political parties dare to raise last 60 years .Time has come now to legalise black money in our system .To bring 800 billion doller from swiss bank except terrorists money is not easy and we can say lot of things during election only but I think Gov should bring a bill towards legalising .We must understand that who ever keeps black money ,keeps for their rainy day ,others commitments like funding to political parties ,donations to all temples ,NGOs only . I am not supporting the fact but it is an untold storey .So we must recognise that Black money also hard earned money(means require skills and top class CAs to create black money) .To legalise black money Gov should give tax shop for a period say 3 years who ever declare and bring back money to India .Or alternatively Who ever invest black money to Gov bonds will get 2% interest annually of the total amount for a period of say 10 years without getting the principal ammount .Time has come now to about black money

Indian Business School is ranked 15th in International educational institutions; that is the proud moment for India and that is the topmost achievement for any Indian educational institution. Also, it is surprising that Indian Business School overtakes IIMs, IITs like great educational institutions and paltry educational bodies, whose quality structures are in dolldrum, like ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc. It is better for INDIAN GOVERNMENT that they should handover the responsibilities of ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI to Indian Business School & link Indian Business School to apex bodies and dissolve ICAI, ICSI, & ICWAI, so that no malpractices will happen in forthcoming bright future of corporate culture. Also, it is also desirable that all charters given to these three i.e. ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, organisation members should have to be withdrawn permanently. At the moment of charters given to members of these third class educational institutions being taken back all black money will came into the system as white money & no special efforts will be required to overcome economic crisis. Government must have to pay attention to this important issue. ICAI is the institution which is 100% responsible for the parallel economy running in this country. If Ministry of Company Affairs is unwilling to this, then it is the presumption that ministry also part of the fraudulent system & their intentions were not to curb the malpractices but to proliferate the same.
It is the report in economic times that the rally of 2007 is fuelled by FIIs / NRIs. So, there was ban on illegal FIIs accounts. Afterwards, the investigation report discloses that the money was originally Indian, but it came through Mauritius, the tax heaven & entered India through participatory notes on FIIs accounts & black money being converted into white. Importantly, all this was being done for one daydreamer Mungerilal person, whose company is 265th largest company in the world wants to become the richest person. It is good for India that RIL saved foreign currency of US$ 9 Billion, but every Indian will expect that RIL also must have to respond to the BJP PM candidate LKAdvani's demand of swiss bank account details & bringing that money into country. So, that rather than inflating stock markets, RIL's black money will come in use in the country. So, RIL must have to respond to LKAdvani's demand. He may use that money to BJP's campaigning, so that the black money will become white & he may also get another Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited ( IPCL) in much much cheaper valuations, if BJP comes into power.

My dear friend, you must remember that IPCL didn't go to RIL during BJP's reign. To disintegrate the ties of the corporates from the political parties is almost next to impossible given the current system. For that to happen, we need a change of our constitution. Don't just look at BJP's benefit from Reliance, think of the country's benefit as a whole from BJP's coming to power. Don't forget, Indian companies like ONGC/IOC/BPCL/HPCL rose in rankings and featured in Fortune 500 list during BJP's regime only. The home loans became 7% during BJP's regime. The IT cuts were maximum during BJP's regime only. What has the Congress done in 50 years of ruling the country? Other countries have changed their fortunes multi-times in less than that period.
IRAN-PAK-INDIA pipeline is the creation of BJP's think tank to give GIFT for the AID given by one reknowned business group in elections campaigning when they first came in power. 1. RAM TEMPLE assured by BJP since 1990. Hum mandir wohi banayenge!? Then matter had been referred to supreme court by NDA govt. & not by congress / UPA/ any other govt. Also, how much time will go into the SUPREME COURT is lot bigger question on Ram Temple? When UPA Govt. had assured 6th pay commission, then there is extra load of Rs. 20,000 Crs. of extra payouts. What is the impact then? If Rs. 500,000 Crs. river joining project even thought to be implemented then it will took many years to built up. Whether it is possible in just only 5 years? If possible, then Indian fiscal deficit will touch to that high from where India become bankrupt. So that is totally impossible in current scenario. 3. BJP is willing to give armed forces exemptions to military forces. Why youth join the military, just because of papi pet ka sawal? They can't do anything else so join the military. It is the greatest mistake of UPA govt. to give 6th pay commission & especially to military personnel. Due to income tax exemption, there is clearcut loss to exchequer. How fiscal discipline being maintained, just impossible! Clearcut indications, BJP promising that which is impossible. Public is FOOLEST ALWAYS is the IDEOLOGY OF BJP!
