Ofcourse there should be no doubt whether the newcomers should be given a chance or not especially since now we have lost the series. Even otherwise in between Indian team Management needs to give the yougsters chance, else what would be the use of taking them for the tour. We should not wait for injury of main player to replace them. That will not give them confidence. They should be taken as a regular player in between so that they too get confidence and we have another team of players ready whenever we require we have the option of using them. That is the way earlier days Australian team used to be build. They literally used to develop players and were ready with another 2 standbi teams so that everybody used to get a chance and new talent used to come up. It should not be just about winning or losing, it should be making the game of cricket exciting and there should always be rotation of players to find out the talent and skill.
Greed amongst the cricketers, like the film stars, are obvious. Both these categories are unduly overpaid. BUT, why hell the "PAYMENTS" are not linked with the performance, through an well-thought formula ?
Pandya is T20 player, someone who is not really fits in oneday format, how come he got the chances to prove himself in Test arena, Virat as captain and Virat as administrator, Virat as selector has been seen as one man army with Shastri, BCCI and others lick his shoes as Virat as a Batsman is extremely talented and consistent with his batting and scoring runs everywhere in each format. But as a captain, he is not able to bring out the best, failed to choose the best XI, many a times. He is over rated captain, the Legacy of Ganguly had been the reason of Dhonis succes as the captain because he got the pool of players, who were determined to do well for the country, But oflate Dhoni too subjected to critics of favoritism, but his horses like Ashwin, Jadeja and Raina bring something on the table every now and then... but Virat choices are simply kiddish..if he feel Hardik Pandya will become Jack Kallis oneday, he is living on different planet... it all started with the ego and will end with the ego... it was Hitler who never listen to others and did what he feel is best for his people... but the history reveal that his approach was totally wrong.... lets see someday common sense prevail in Indian cricket... they bring back the coach like Kumble and hire the experts like Dravid to take benefit in batting... well what we know as fans that we have everything you need to win.. you just need to think rationally in the best interest of the team by choosing the right personnel...

Virat is a lousy captain , in fact not a leader of men like Dhoni, Ganguly etc . I suggest change the captain, better results in Test cricket will follow.

There is no point in changes in team at this point. Virat Kohli is adamant on conceding England as superior side in tougher situation. So, he will prefer to finish series 1-4 in favour of 'tougher' England and wait so not so tough West Indies later this year!!!

Kick out Dhawan, KL Rahul, Pant, Ashwin and Pandya. Bring in Karun Nair, Pritvi, Jaddu.
On the above all Kick bangar and shashtri after this tour and I open to Cheif Coach job for Indian Cricket Team. My price/fee is little bit on the higher side, provided BCCI offer me, I can negotiate with them.

Good suggestions but problem is that there is no use for use to talk when Kohli will not make any change in all probability..He has conceded that his 'whole' team is inferior to England !!
