How he used his power for registering 100th Century. For his careers last three years he was out of form and just there in the team for 100th Century. For getting his 100th Century BCCI had to specially keep a one test match with low level West Indies team (not sure is WI was paid for giving century to Sach)

BCCI could not do anything but to arrange for a special match for Sachin to score a hundred. I think this is the trick they played to make Sachin to retire!

Sachin's 100th Century came against Bangladesh and not WI. So that's factually incorrect. Unfortunately India lost that match, but that not's the story. The sheer fact that Sachin was one of the most outstanding sportsperson in his times, loved and adored across the globe is indeed a hall mark of genius. Silly comparisons doesn't make him look ordinary.
Yes he is a good player but not a good planner. He could be Genius if India could have won a World Cup in his Captain-ship. He had his own Fortunes and some where Pappu thought of that by giving BHARAT RATNA to him could had won 2014 LS elections. There are some other Cricketers being really Genius.

Sachin never captained India in any world cup.if he was not the captain during the world cup ,how can he win as a captain. Please have some rational thought.
He definitely was one of an outstanding Cricketer the world has seen. The word genius doesn't fit into. He definitely extraordinarily talented in Cricket.

Sachin is history.let him be at peace.The only thing is he should have never entered parliament coz you should not get into a seat where you cannot do justice to the chair.Then he is also a human with selfish interest so now in parliament
WTF cares if Sachin was a genius or not? All know how games were "adjusted" so that he could "break records" In that way he was a "genius", yes. He is history now and there are many players who are now on the scene who are showing their mettle without having godfathers sitting on selection boards.
