Why talk about dhoni. What about that Idiot Duncan Flatcher. He is making millions and his performance is miserable. He should be immediately kicked out of the country. Don't forget, Dhoni was considered best Captain during Kirsten time

The same captain MSD won the ODI and test series during last tour of New Zealand around 04 years back. Why ? Tendulkar, Sehwag, Gambhir, Dravid, Laxman, Zaheer were at their peak. Then we lost overseas series against England and Australia with aging and non performing superstars. Now same is happening with inexperienced greenhorns during the rebuilding stage. Remember, India started winning abroad only in this century when our recently retired veterans had substantial overseas exposure after few years in international cricket. Why blame Captain alone ? Didn’t Sehwag captain in Australia when MSD was banned ? Have patience. Current crop of players are brilliant and they will deliver during overseas tour 2-3 years later with a new captain. However, Captain is as good as the team. In my opinion, Viraat appears to be too hot headed. Rahane could be a good captaincy prospect.
Dhoni is an overpaid, over rated, cowardly captain who has no tactical knowledge of cricket.He should be sacked to look after his real estate which he has amassed through cricket.
Dhoni is not fit to be the captain of any format. In fact he should be dropped from T20 format as he dropped Sachin, Ganguli,Dravid & Laxaman as they were 30 plus so they were not fit for T 20 Format the word from Dhoni. So now Dhoni is 30 plus then why is he in the team he should be dropped so that the other youngster can get the chance we have Dinesh Kartik for WK.
lets not blame him for all the debacle. It is the format of the game that has hurt the team the most. With the advent of T20, test cricket has taken a back seat. Players forget, that the true character (in terms of skills) of a player is displayed during a test match. Compared one dayer and T20, India has played very little test cricket.

he is made captain to look after that the entire team performs. if he could make the team perform, then he is not fit to be a captain. most of the indian mataches have been on home grounds, not abroad, nothing special that Dhoni has done. in the last match, you could have seen how the NZ captain single-handedly took the match away from India from the jaws of defeat. that is captainship. do you understand?

NZ captain scored at home. Our captain also hit a double century against australia at home when India was down and out. This knock laid foundation for 4-0 score in favour of India

what do you do if your bowlers do not take wickets. We do not have sharp bowlers unless we get those we will have to wait.. every series there will be a guy who gives resistance. and we need a bowler who can take that wicket
Ya, he is worst but still,the best.rediff is the only news media to use this word for Dhoni. We know why andbymwhim. We need to learn from England , just like cricket, how to be fairin criticism and praise of the team. England lost Ashes in the worst POSSIBL manner and still no Englishman criticised the way the slaves did.australlia also lost ashes in a similar manner earlier last year and they were to their team. But big mouth Indian media misguides its Indian readers who without thinking jump into the fray. Dhoni have lost and yet he is the captain who got us World Cup in all formats, no one else did, our openers failed and it is adjoins fault also.indians have no fair mind,they have a racist , communal , provincialism minds.........be it the readers or the media or the leaders....bla bla bla.....
We were all praising him till last yr when he won matches/series, Cups in all formats. All of a sudden, he becomes worst captain. How many captains in the World had successful career throughout? Is it possible for any one to win through out? It is first practice, then strategy & then give the best, without giving in to, previous wins. But that is one area where Indians are likely to lose after a successful series.
Dhoni is again becoming victim of impatient senior team-mates; same old case of our ex-openers who were axed. The BCCI and selection committee should take up with them, instead of putting blame on him. Changing the captaincy will give a wrong signal to such elements.
