India should now have 2 teams: One for the longer version ( test matches) and one for the shorter version (one dayers). It is obvious, our team does not have the patience, temperament and technique to play 5 day test match.
Every Indian just started to think that at last a solid and dependable batsman (like sachin,rahul,sourav and lakhan) is going to perform for India from Virat kohli. But he disappointed and broke the heart of cricket fans. There must be bad patches for great players, but, that may one or two matches after which a great batsman should recover. But Kohli score only 126 runs in 10 TEST INNINGS!!!!!. Virat now should concentrate in net and should filnd his fault. He should also bat against good swing and pace in the nets on a bouncy wicket.

Only a year back, Virat as hailed (by even eminent sport writes) as someone who could break all batting records of Sachin. See what is happening. Virat is just in 4th year of Test Cricket. Sachin and Co. played consistently for initial period of 10 years.
It has nothing to do with Pitches. Remeber the same team won on a green top at Lords. It is all related to Physical and Mental Fitness. They were not used to playing such a long series. If it was two match series we would have ended up winiing it if it was 3 match series we would have drawn. BCCI shall appoint a mental conditioining coach and shall also ensure to have enough gap between matches to allow physical recovery and schedule practice matches so that out of form players can work their way to form

Yes I agree ashambani. I also wonder no critic utter a word against bcci or ICC for anderson issue. There is no value for all the tests after anderson issue.. biased and shameless ICC board should wrap the series after anderson issue. Instead the are warnind dhony for concentratinng on play. Shameless England cricketer have no right to celebrate the one sided wins which they should make out that idian players are not ready to play. I feel ashamed of ICC, critics of ibdian cricket..

That win was a JACKPOT Lottery.. also England team is going through shambles.,. even Srilanka won after 30 years. Spineless performance from mediocre IPL circus players
A complete revamp in the system is required. The batsmen were found batting as if they were playing 10 - 10 overs a match. Bowling lacked complete discipline and they bowled as if it was going to be end of world. Whenever things were against us, our players never stuck to basics and that cost us the series. There is no discipline in the team.
I feel we must prepare all fast wickets where local matches are being played - like Ranji, etc. and our batsmen must get used to such wickets and this will encourage pace bowlers as well. If such matches become low scoring, be it. It will help our players to improve. And compulsorily make these so called star players to play and perform at domestic level before selecting for national team.
Since we find no action in the interest of the nation anywhere, such things might not happen at all. I just scribbled down my thoughts.
