....Get rid of ALL these sub-continental minded cricketers. Each and every one who was on this trip - players, administrators, support staff etc. They went NOT to play (or give support) but as tourists.
IPL big money & adds, have made these players unfit to play for India, especially overseas. When they lose they blame the pitches and NOT their level of dedication towards the game. The players were NOT even willing to stay at crease may be due to lack of caliber or casualness! One, way to look at is keep sending then overseas regularly for better practice and have a dedicated team for test cricket.

Missing:Patience required for test matches. Unity Understanding Form Focus Responsibility Tact and what not.......!
When team does something, they get additional rewards by way of bonus then why they should be penalized for below average performance and why they should not be down grade from A grade to B grade, which decides their pay packets.

Now bad performers should not participate in Test Match. Rather they should look after their family and girl friends and give chance to new comers.Ultimately Result matters.
Perhaps, all the memories of Raksha Bandhan was carried by Virat into his test performance! With so many sisters responsibility weighing heavily on his shoulders, he was suffocating. Therefore these performance! Spare this gifted cricketer-he will bounce back.He is like a 007 in our ream. Shankar
