You are absolutely right.No one is questioning Dhoni on why he sent Yuvi before Raina.. Raina had scored an 8 ball 21 odd against SA in the semis.
What was the compulsion for a great offensive player to become suddenly defensive?That was the bone of contention of the cricket lovers. Every thing was quite visible and no one should teach the people as to how to react.Had he smashed few boundaries and got out no body would have commented like this.Pl understand in T20 match and for batting first when only 3 wickets have gone what prompted him to become a defensive player.People were expecting some fireworks from YUVI not singles and ducks,that is the bone of contention. General public are always right and they did appreciated when he was doing well and not in this final no justification of any sort will only do harm and some other stroke player will start emulating Mr Yuvi in future and we may loose Finals after Finals,which should not be encouraged any more.

sir,the comment is very good and is timely.let the supporters of yuvi need to understand the pulse of the people and not simply critisize them.it is an eye opening comment given by prof swamy and let us stop any further criticize either for and against in the interest of the game.

We'll said. It more than meets the eye with India being the favourite. You can play the video 100 times to chk the point made by prof..and certainly the fans n viewers don't need endorsement from sachin, and bajjis for heaven sake.
1) There was no Motivating Reward like what Sri Lanka would get like a few Million USA $'s.
2) Indians were not having any players about to retire like how Sangakkara and Mahela were playing in last game.
3) India had lost to Sri Lanka in the warm up matches, still they did not pull up their game.
4) Tactical mistake of Dr. Dhobi to send Yuraj ahead of himself and Raina. Yuvraj must have come after Ravindra Jadeja to bat, since he was not in good nick.
5)Yuvraj had to rotate strike or atleast get out before he got to play dot ba11s.
6) Even Dr. Dhobi himself failed to put bat on ba11. So that means Sri Lanka had bowled really well at the final overs.
7) Dr. Dhobi lost the crucial toss and eventually the advantage to chase.
8) Indian team was over confident and newspapers showed Virat Kohli planning celebration daances before we won the finals. Maybe they had forgotten that one bad game could ru1n the entire series.
Yuvraj has to be dropped before he causes more loss to team india. His past does not matter. Sehwag, Gambhir, Harbhajan etc too were star performers once for team india. But today they are out of form and are rightly kept out to make place for new performers. So too yuvraj the old horse must retire or be forcibly kept out.
