Dhyanchand,Vishwanathan Anand,Kapil Dev,Milka Singh,Abhinav Bindra,Vijay Amritraj,Sunil Gavaskar,Leander Paes..congress slapped on the face of all these legends as there is zero possibility of them coming to campaign for Congress in the next election.
First he manipulated Shiv_Sena to get customs duty waived on Ferrari Then he accepted Congress nomination for MP Next he should have refused to accept bharat ratna. But this guy who delayed retirement by 3 years and in the processed spoiled chances of some players such as Manoj_Tiwary,Badrinath and many others is not expected to show such a great gesture in respect of other senior sporting legends.Shame_Shame.

Sorry to Say once again politics in India did not favour the Best of ALL TIME. It is Injustice to Great Tiger Majar DHYANCHAND, the Magican of Hokey who is the real inspiration of youth and had three hokey world cup on his record. Sachin played 24 years, played 4 world Cup But only one is in his Account. Sorry to Say Its Great Shame for Indian those who love Hokey.

Dhyanchand should had been the first to get Bharat Ratna, Vishwanathan Anand 2nd, then comes Tendulkar.
Why not Abhinav Bindra? He is only Olympic individual Gold medalist India has produced in a sport fiercely contested by over 150 countries.

The award is given for not recongnising his play, but his capacity to manage BCCI for getting chance to play 200 test cricket. there were several good players than this man who were not encouraged by BCCI for participation in more than 50 test cricket. SEwag was a much better realiable batsman than this fellow. But this man is a great manipulator.

I too am a fan of sachin but dhyanchand and vishwanathan deserves much more for Bharat Ratan.Apart from making records what extraordinary services he has done for the country.....how many matches he has won for the nation single handedly..........these questions must be answered first ,before giving him Bharat Ratan .
