they lost the ODI series 2-1 to Pak. They couldn't even enter finals of Asia Cup getting beaten by B'desh.
In T20s, they have not reached even semi-finals of last 3 world cups.

Dravid was the worst Indian Captain. Absolutely no qualities of what it takes to be captain. And along with Mr Greg chappel he destroyed a good and young indian team created by Ganguly.

Stats are just not the only indicator. Ganguly built a good team..his team gave epic performances.
Dravid just took over that well built team and they just kept the ball rolling.
And if by comparison, Dhoni is a better captain, then he does stand to be in bottom of list (may be along with tendulkar)

ganguly built no team...he got one readymade from azhar....who had built up the indian team of dravid sachin laxman ganguly himself kumble bhajji etc...
dravid and dhoni were the only survivors of the greg chappel school of thought. its natural that he supports dhoni. the reality is, dhoni wants to suppress every one in all the three formats of the game with his dominating nature, inflexibility, and not so good listening aptitude. a captain has to be open to ideas from his team mates, atleast from the other seniors like sehwag, which dhoni has failed to do so.

No, he should just go and sh00t Srinivasan and then sh00t himself :). That will do a lot of good to Indian cricket.
are two most important human traits, that makes man do unnecessary things. Dhoni doesn't want to let go off the POWER which he is enjoying (rightly so) and he fears that someone else make replace him. He even fears that some wicket keeper may actually replace him in test match, as Dhoni's position is itself questioned in longer version of the game.
