/The reason Jaffer is not selected bcos The selectors want somebody for the future.Jaffer is too old (33 years) .Raina -they want him to specialised for one day and T20.Because of his short ball deficiency , they dont take Raina.

I agree..Wasin jaffer is technically sound batsman and every body know this..His innings of 132 in ranji final was his class where every one struggled even to get a fifty..even great tendulkar..He must have be selected..
wasim jafar deserve in team india. Age is not wall for player.its great poor selection by bcci .jaffar should be chance against australia.I hope team india will lose by 0-4 against australia.bad selection

I cannot understand the hype over cricket in India. There are only 10 teams that have ever played at the top level and India's all-time winning percentage is at No.7 of those ten teams. It just shows India is a joke.

Sachin is a legend but on present form he is a failure. Waseem Jaafar got chances in the past and did not capitalise but on current form he is the prime contender. This team selection is no brainer. The bowling attack is so soft that it would be impossible to get the aussies out twice.
