WEll, the Indian cricket fan is in denial again. Any opinion on the cricketing spectrum is expected to have Sachin Tendulkar , gracing his ageing presence, no what matter. Articulation of the ground reality , logical evaluation of performance , given the differing auras , as in Gavaskars' and Tendulkars' not just the moolah factor, but also the changes the game has undergone, the present generation while into its sixties,an in the coming future, will talk of Sachin as the ONE , It is also a matter of exposure and perspective in hand. I am a fan of Sachin , but a bigger follower and fan of the game. My vote goes for the list , by Dickie Bird. An opinion - to each his own.

I agree with the title of the contact but not the comment. I feel, we Indians should leave the habit of belittling ours achievement just to show the world that we are neutral. Any way there should be no comments on Dicky's team as this is not going to change anything for all the greats, selected or not selected
every1 has one's own view. whether u like it or not is a different story. its not like he is selector for bcci teamso u hv to worry abt omissions n commissions. even bradman is rejcted by bird. so its bird's eye view. cheers.
