And what about Badrinath? Was in squad vs NZ did not get a game. Technically better player than Yuvi Vijay ec
Again the selectors have failed to see beyond Sachin,Shewag,Gambir and Zaheer. It is time the selectors have to induct new faces in the team there are many in fact there is a long queu to be chosen and all are highly talented cricketers who have proved time and again.Team should comprise 50% young players .It is okay if they do not find success first time in any case the Buddas have failed time and again. It is good to see Yubraj coming back and Raina the blob out They should have included Rahane and Manoj Tiwary. Also the selectors should be people who have retired from the active game recently that would look young and be bold to select young talented players.
Sandeep Patil has disappointed by selecting a poor Indian Squad for the Tests against England. I am unable to understand on what basis Murli Vijay was selected. This player does not move his feet and in last many matches he failed miserably. His State opening partner A Mukund had shown better performance. When Ajinkya was there as reserve opener Murli Vijay's selection was uncalled for. Harbhajan's selection is a mystery. May be as Mumbai Indians skipper he was gifted a place in the team by Sandeep Patil in spite of poor form. This team selection may improve the morale of English team.
Monoj Tewari deserves place in playing XI. Show door to Viru, Zahir and why Sardar again ? Murli Vijay is the candidate of BCCI secretary Srinivasan and Dhoni's Chennai team mate. Shame Shame Shame...

Manoj Tiwari will get an opportunity when he will be unable to perform because at present he is in good form and can secure his place.
Good job done by Selectors. Sandeep Patil & Co. seem to select Team with more Wisdom as compared with previous Team of Srikanth who seemed more arrogant. England have a tough job with this Indian team in Indian conditions. Good luck India!!

It looks that our selection committee are not serious about future instead only bothered about the present. Why is that Zaheer and Harbajan have been included in the team? Why not try Manoj Tiwary? And Yuvraj is also too early for Tests!! This shows that our selection panel are not wanting to move forward in the coming years...
