The fact is that there was no bong in the KKR team which won the IPL other than a Bangaldeshi. I am not mentioning about the permanent bench sitters and water boys.

Then let us all celebrate in all Indian cities why only Kolkata.

Yes, those all people of any of the cities are celebrating, who support KKR team or support good cricket match.

But you should think before expressing this type of dividing nation view.

Dhakkan Bhaiya log are barking here...There were 2 players in KKR who played matches and played good part int here winning who were Bengali...Shakib and Debabrata Das...Mr OM and Delhi City are part of those Loose character Bhaiya log who themselve can manage a state like UP and made it a breeding ground with higest population and most number of criminals in India and come to shout here...Which team in IPL won the matches based on the players from their own state?? Most of the team own due to foreign players who are not even Indians...Go and bark in your RpeCity Delhi boy and take your fellow Bhais bhuddhi Bhaiyas with you.
Listen, I just feel, ppl r going over board hailing SRK for the victory... Due credit to him, but with controversies haunting KKR from the beginning and given that Gambhir had to replace a big figure not only in Bengal but also in Indian Cricket, would have added more pressure on the Captain and Coach... Given these things, the way Gambhir lead the side, he must be given the due credit... Look at the local talent in KKR(Shukla, Das and Tiwary) were a bunch of no hopers before Gautham took over... now u look at these ppl, u ll see a winners medal hanging on their neck... Give SRK the credit he deserves... But dude, matches n wars are won on the field not off the field... As Gautham has always maintained it is about the teams and not individuals... Kudos to Gautham, Bayliss and Akram...

by Altaf Hussain on May 28, 2012 10:32 PM
you are right bro. but indian crictet selectors have to see that ex-vice captain had defeated the World cup winner captain..really Gautham is our Future Captain...just becoz of rubbish politics of our ex-cricket players he was unseen....but a real hero and real captain is "GAMBHIR",,,,,

Well, KKR might be the new Champions but to emulate what CSK has done over the past 5 years is very difficult... They are also the most dangerous side who can and will always rise from the ashes... No doubt, they are the best team in IPL and the one off the best in the T20 cricket...

Please note that he has said "kudos to CSK TOO". Please check properly with your eyes. And don't put racist comment on what other people eat.
I think next IPL or the IPL after that, we can see pune warriors as the winners. any team captained by ganguly has always struggled. when ganguly was captain of india, they did well initially because he was also performing. after 2003, ganguly was a passenger in the side and his captaincy also affected the teams' morale. this year PWI were at the bottom of the table, thanks to ganguly. gambhir has shown what it means to a team to not be led by someone like ganguly.
KKR is a positive team with friendly players instead of the show-off Chennai team esp. players like Bravo who do so many antics on the field and also MI whose owner Nita is very irritating. KKR unit as a whole was humble in their win yesterday. Media again speculated SRK will go mad but he behaved so sensibly after the win giving great messages to youngsters.

Bravo show off? What about summersault from KKR owner, his antics etc., behaved so sensibly ;)
First, he did not leave the team when it was in disarray even amiodst reports he was selling the team and running away. He hired CEO Venky Mysore, put together a professional support staff by the 3rd year and Auctions were done professionally instead of being influenced by any player like before. Then SRK ensured he stayed away from cricketing matters besides he also hired Akram as the bowling coach. SRK kept inspiring the team by his positive talk despite the team having lost quiet a lot of fanbase over the years. Also, the way he finally handled the partisan crowd in Eden during Pune-KKR match and the way he dealt with constant media speculation about his relationship with Kolkata boy Ganguly was commendable. Finally, it was incredible the way KKR emerged as champions displacing a highly favoured and media favourite CSK team. Credit goes to ownership, captaincy and the coaching of the KKR team fully.

if he wanted to pay money then he would have done in Ist IPL itself and not gone through humiliation. You are a sore loser who is jealous of SRK's success.

man this is IPL. It is a mix of cricket and entertainment. And I exactly listed the reasons why SRK needs to be praised. Gambhir just came last year but SRK had to take pains rebuilding a failed side.

Balaji is a nice bowler for T20 format in subcontinet. He can swing and have nice variation of pace...KKR used his potential very nicely...Credit to Balaji for bowling so well for KKR
