IT WILL ALREADY STARTED... BUT IT WILL REACH ITS PEAK IN NEXT 3 TO 4 YEARS TIME
Grading system would be a great idea..say if a player scores 50 runs give him 10 points and for a bowler who picks 3 wickets give him say 10 points and fix minimum points that a bowler or batsman must score for a tour and if he performs consistenly below in say two or three series he should be dropped and similarly for ranji and other local matches same grading systems must be brought in and if a player playing in indian team goes below the said minimum points then the player with maximum point in the domestic circuit must replace him...if he is a indian team bolwer he must be replaced by the bowler with max points from domestic circuit and so for the batsman ....i feel this would encourage players to play well in domestic circuits...As long as the domestic players keep pushing the international players they will tend to perform better
There's nothing wrong with Team India . Team is good & is in good form .
Selection is also good with a blend of young & experienced both . Winning & Losing is part of game . No need to press panic button . Only injuries to players to be avoided & rotation policy to be continued .
What is big about it. He thinks that nobody can beat this record. He wants to take this to a safe zone by hitting some more hundreds at the cost of team's victory.
This kind of people should stop talking. He can't even dive in the field and setting very example to youngsters. The selectors don't have guts to make him shut his mouth or throw him out of the team. If this continues there would be a big agitation in streets by indian fans to remove this old buddas from the ODI team....
