i think there is absolutely Nothing Wrong

Only problem is that the IPL was approcaching near and so all were anxious about the IPL auctions, selections, how much money and where to save the money, also which cricketeer gets selected for the best ad deals etc...

Once this IPL is over the our wounded tigers will be back on their respective feet and roar like a lion in their respective duties to the Nation

Not sure what is your expectations with World Champion team??
Seems like all are too much satisfied with Sachin's record and does India win or loose doesn't matter at all.

At least half of total players will be in hospital nursing injuries and searcing for ways to avoid playing India to make merry from the money they received. Money has killed the career of players like Sreeshanth, Balaji, Nehra, Zaheer, Ishanth and Harbhajan

Why tiger is roaring like lion? That could be the issue, then.

No specific traits as to WC champions.. whoever wins, will be champions for next 4 years. Its not permanent setting.

Pro dhoni. Secondly selecting teams/players only on 4 domestic odi tourney is not a great move. Remember the wc is in auz so flat pitch bullies won't work in those conditions.
Fast movers, why not get Kaifeng back then... U have to look at the specialists n try to make improvements in other departments of the game n not other way around....

by miviu on Mar 26, 2012 05:28 PM  | Hide replies

Iam seeing few posting messages against Sachin as if that's the only solution for next WC..
Believe for all these their HATRED is important than topic..
Now also believe, there are few in this forum who don't even understand the game ..

If you go back to history and see why respect for great has changed to hatred you will get an answer. Sachin now a days starting his statement from "I" whereas earlier he used to start with "We".

Over enthusiastic media & fanatic public
by pradeep agarwal on Mar 26, 2012 05:05 PM

The killer cocktail of a media that thrives on overdose of game through sponsored articles & unreasonable hero worship of less then mortal players by public is root cause of declining standards. The players are rewarded far in excess to their efforts which sets complacency & arrogance. You take the case of Jadeja,Pathan brothers,Rohit Praveen kumar etc.Do they deserve the millions that have been paid to them for not winning possibly a single international game? The system has corrupted our cricketers & glamorization of game has lead to total decline in quality of skills.
