Poor people are everywhere
by Varadarajan Ravindran on Jun 20, 2012 01:50 AM  | Hide replies

People are dying of hunger not only in India but in the United States as well. It is a tragedy that sports-persons and entertainers besides business executives are overpaid in our free world. These people make so much money that people start thinking "what is the meaning of life." These overpaid people are not going to alter the general quality of life. Both India and US fail to pay teachers and some of the scientists. They overpay lawyers and doctors who do contribute significantly to the general welfare in the long term.

how much do you give away? It is sure that you are rich enough to have a computer. Do you ever help the poor or just talk? People who talk about poor people hardly ever help.

What disparity?
by Sanjeev Ahuja on Jun 20, 2012 01:05 AM  | Hide replies

U read this and feel sad at the disparitythis mania brings. They r sports persons and deserve to be paid for their skills but do these numbers speak about something more than what they deserve? Dhoni has more than 16 bikes, how wud he justify? On the other hand, does he need to justify? This is irony and endless debate....sachin asking for duty waiver on his gifted ferrari....eventually sold.....mockery OR...
