What a f00lish statement made
by Maihoon Don on Jul 16, 2012 11:17 AM  | Hide replies

"Sachin Tendulkar has opted out of the series, but not many are bothered about his absence as he has been doing it for the last few years. With age, Tendulkar is looking more and more susceptible and there are questions marks over his fitness and stamina to last a 50-over game".

This is just bad journalism to attract some eyeballs. In fact, Sachin has taken right step of stepping aside of minor series in last few years allowing youngsters chances. He plays in only the tough series both India and abroad. Isn't this what everyone wanted? When he has started doing it, why you idi0tic journalists try to insult him? It has become a fashion in India to promote mediocrity and insult the legends like Paes, Tendulkar etc. Tell me has any youngster like Rohit, Raina etc have stablished themselves in even the ODI squad leave alone tests? What breakthrough innings have they played against tough opposition all these years? harish Kotian or whoever is another f00l who thinks India is doing great with youngsters without even seeing the facts that India still struggles with youngsters and Dravid retired because of media pressure more than anything else.

There are people

Who could not achieve in 14 years
what others achieved in 7 Years.

Federer - 14 Could not achieve what
Borg - achieved in 7 Years, of his career.

Tendu - 14 7 could not achieve a WC, what
Dhoni - achieved in 7 years, of his career.

So, they ride on "Greatness", false greatness,
rather than achievements

:-)

To build a team for World Cup sounds very good. But the team should also be winning current forthcoming ODI series.

Tendulkar must retire from ODI's.

i too feel its the monetary aspect because of which he is not announcing his retirement and taking up the spot of one deserving youngster who could have been of more value to the team.

Ten would have taken definitely the retirement if he gets the confidence over the team's sure winnings without his place. Not standing for 50 overs is the biggest drawback without Tendulkar. First learn that and then u can question Ten. damag nahi hai kya

SACHIN KNOWS ONCE HE RETIRE HE IS UNFIT FOR ANYTHING/EVERYTHING
by mohan on Jul 16, 2012 11:10 AM

Sachin knows best that he once retires he cannot be a good commentator, cannot coach(fitness?), not a good administrator becoz he failed in captaincy, so he knows no other job than running a restauarant fits him. Earn good money from BCCI and adds, keep filling the pockets of Mumbai lobby abd be in the team as long as ha ha ha,
