15 players from 100 caror peoples. And all they want to play till 10-20yrs without good performance. How other will get a chance, which many others are outside and waiting. Get out who are not taking serious and doing good performing. Let other comes in..

when selectors dont allow competition a chance to play test, how will indians know who is better?????? this is called cartelized selection with tunju gunju and all sorts of odd players get by and put india down. Same like how MMS, Sonia, Advani, etc got top job. By swamping media with no alternates or slamming down the alternates with hate and negative publicity.
what i like about pakistan bowlers, be it Akram or Akmal or Imran in past, they are ready to share their exploits or what they have learned with fellow bowlers. In India, the job of political BCCI and political selectors is stop senior bowlers so their communication is lost, hardly see Srinath, kapil, prabhakar, kumble being in direct connection with indian bowlers. they have some ghora bowling and overall coach because it is politically acceptable. A cartel'ized' selection where gambhir and seniors make it despite failures. Waiting for easy flat wickets or weaker team to show they are good by keeping competition out. Kohli did good on flat pitch where the rest failed. Kohli gave a deal to hafenhaus for verbal exchange by getting run out by him. Now none of the youngster like rohit, raina, jadeja, etc had a try in last match while gambhir and kohli got 8 innings of practice against ozzies all riding on politics. So when there is no competition due to politics. how will indians know who is better. With this mentality, A Ghora super-PM is acceptable to divided indians, fake gandhis, bjp-congress cartel with bjp as fa

Sehwag reminds me of an incident. There was a recent British Foreign Secretary. Like their kind, he was always most sarcastic, even to his wife. His wife lost her father and was mourning her loss. He told her - "you have been out of sorts for days; I will add one more news so that you don't have to be upset for another few days. I am having an affair with my secretary"! Let us move on after all the mourning; the real mourners are the fans as the players are alright after the drubbing, seems to be doing just fine!
Selectors have not taken any steps to groom youngsters. We have to learn from australia. how quickly they have found replacements for Hayden, Glen McGrath, Gilly, Langer and others. Players like Dravid, Tendulkar and VVS should realize that they are blocking the entry of youngsters by not retiring gracefully. This does not auger well for the future of India's cricket.

Retirement from cricket should be their own decision. If the seniors are not playing well, it is the selectors duty to drop them and pick young players into the squad. If the selectors are not doing their duty properly, BCCI should change the selectors. So, blaming the trio is not proper.
