shameless statement that it happens to every team. but it doesnt happen with the so-called great team ranked no.1 just 6 months back, with gr8est players.
15 players from 100 caror peoples. And all they want to play till 10-20yrs without good performance. How other will get a chance, which many others are outside and waiting. Get out who are not taking serious and doing good performing. Let other comes in..
