Apart from the fact that is a comment from evidently a cricket illiterate, what has Ganguly's leg side form got to do with his comment about the present lots performance in Australia, that happens to be the worst in recent times?

How many Gold medals will India win in the forth coming Olympics in London? Any guess? How about BCCI all with its money influencing Olympicsto organize trophy for Cricket?

What players can do , they tried hard .Its bad to say wrong on our players.Why not BCCI worlds richest body not have pace green wickets in india.India has everything that world has .DOnt we have land to have such picthes .How long we going to suffer from this.Its time for BCCI to act or retire and let government over take it and do what its best needed to improve indian cricket

By any chance, if you are Gujju, come here in UK or USA, see yourself the pathetic life that they are leading. If you are else where from North India like Bihar, UP etc, no need to give you another name.If you are Bengali, yes they were great but not now, it was history. Please observe one thing: You cannot name a single software company in USA/UK/Western Europe where you cant find a South Indian. At the same time, I am not proud of it. Just to make you understand that the large sums of money we pay as Income tax and valuable cotribution to IT. On the other hand, see Gujjus, Punjabis and Other North Indians...they do all sorts, I mean literally any sort of things that I cant type here, for money. Now tell me who is earning respect for India? A well educated professional life or a scam involving business minded people?
In modern day sports, not only the skills and talent are required but one needs to consider the mental framework of the players.
Overall, the psychological impact is usually highly underestimated and players try to concentrate on skill alone. Beating a team mentally is still fair play on the part of the Aussies so there are no excuses.
The solution is serious counseling, imagery, or breathing exercises. The seniors may revive the mental framework but the younger players need to be seriously counseled in the future.
In sports psychology are, individual mental toughness and personality traits are highly under-estimated. Each of these listed traits have to be drilled into the players and counseled in addition to the talent and skill they have.
In individual mental toughness, the players have to have to have personality traits to be able to perform mentally, these are
1. Form and overcoming slump 2. Temperament and Composure 3. Fiesti-ness, Determination, Will power and Motivation 4. Positive thinking, Self confidence and Self belief 5. Focus, Discipline and assertiveness 6. Patience, responsibility and self Restraint and staying power 7. High Morale, Intensity levels and Passion 8. Anger Control, Emotion and Anxiety 9. Over-training, injury anxiety and burnout 10. Resilience and ability to overcome Adversity 11. Setting Personal goals 12. Drive and hunger to succeed. 13. Consistency 14. Aggressiveness 15. Commitment to excellence

If what I understand is what you want people to understand then my understanding is that: Ganguly made a team called 'Team India' and you are expecting the same from Dhoni? Or you mean Dhoni can make a team stronger only when he has a good team or Dhoni is equivalent to Ganguly in making a team which is as bad as now? Sorry, I could not unterpret more meanings than these from what you want me to understand
now its right time for the 3 oldies to retire. n i think ouster of dhoni n gambhir shud also b on cards. gambhir has shown his incompetence against short pitched delivieries n dhoni is a proven incompetent against good pace attack on seaming conditions. n also zaheer has been jaded with no fire in his arms, ve can consider him as oldie now.
BCCI may be showing to England and australia that when Indian team wins they get money otherwise a BIG NO for them financially. So these test series and no to DRS (4 which Indian team would hav been a beneficiary) are an indicators of BCCI financial power. U can see there is no remorse on players faces too an indicator of this mischief. U can all see that ticket earnings and cost of TV rights hav drastically come down for these two series.
Mohinder amarnath is one of the worst affected indian cricketier who is famous as COME BACK HERO. He was very much torchered by the then board members and were axed out from the indian team for several time. So only Mohinderji can understand the torture of the present young generation who have been waiting on the reserve bench for a long time, as nearly 4/5 senior [players have been occupying the birth for a long time without any performance (barring occassional brilliant performance). So, right from Sachin, Rahul, Laxman, Sewbag and underperformaer captain Dhoni must be dropped and i draw the kind attention of Mohinderji to consider the juniors while selecting in future.
