1. Too much cricket. players bodies are torn after the rigorous/hectic schedules. 2. Rotation policies. Give chances to players series-wise 3. Have 2 teams for test and odis-t20, barring one/two important players 4. Make them play ranji matches on bouncy as well turning tracks. Make 10 pitches as bouncy and have home-away games for all ranji teams on such tracks 5. Cut down IPL tamasha, there are 76 matches, why??

Yes , I agree. But let me start in reverse order. First and foremost this IPL Tamasha should not only be cut down, but it should not be held every year. For it makes players more conscious of money rather than their approach to the game. Cut down oned-dayers too. And make Ranji trophy more competitive.
