Steve unlike our Mr uncool won in every country & lead from front.Dhoni was outright pathetic in UK & continues to damage the cause of team in Australia.His time is over as lady luck has deserted him & lack of grey matter under the fast greying skull is evident

Rightly said Pradeep. Wait for Sunil Vaidya. He will write a big essay on his opinion. He will claim that because of Dhoni, Gambhir & Sachin are still in the crease :)

Dhoni is a good ODI captain but extremely defensive in Tests. Dada & Jumbo were very good in the last two tours to Aus. For that matter, even Dravid has led India to away series wins in WI and Eng and win in SA.

Beating Lanka in Lanka is "pathetic performance" as per you? Well, I hope India too shows pathetic performance away from home from now on. :-)
I am a hard core fan of sachin but of late dissappointed with him.He has kept a whole nation waiting for this 100th century wheras Pointing went ahead and scored a century in this match.Of late pointing is better than sachin he has has scored many 50s and scored a century before Sachin.

Ponting has played much less than Sachin. He has a good conversion rate of 100s - comparable with Sachin. Inspite of recent slump in form, he has 40 100s in 160 tests i.e. 1 in every 4 tests. Has close to 13 K runs. One doesn't have to be his fan to recognize this fact.

Against Pseudos: Read carefully and then comment. I said conversion rate is comparable, did I say ever say Sachin's rate is worse than Ponting's? Come on saying Ponting is good does not make Sachin bad!

Do you know Ponting scored a century after how many months? His last century came in Jan 2010. And he had 4 test centuries in last 4 years. And you are saying Sachin is keeping us waiting for century when he had one 9 months before? :)
its totally mistake of BCCI to keep players throughout busy. Before every tour its preparation n planning is totally zerooooo!!!! It does well planning only during IPL,BCCI

And how is that related to Waugh's statements about Dhoni's ridiculous captaincy or Ponting's knock? Or is that just your frustration/immaturity coming out here?
Waugh said only 8th ...so not the bottom 9th.... so have a party in sydny opera house tonight guys and get drunkk and get all out soon so you can earn an extra day to enjoy.... i guess you guys earn 2 lacs per day .....
Waugh is right. Dhoni was waiting for the batsmen to make mistakes. A captain will be rewarded only when he takes bold decisions. Otherwise how can a team which was 37 for 3 go on to pile up runs like this? I feel he should have taken fielding first by putting more faith on his bowlers than on the inconsistant batsmen. He is not atall assertive nowadays. He allows the things to drift. I think he has resigned to the fact that India is going to lose this match and probably the series and so why take the trouble. The coach is also a lousy man and the team has become as lousy as him. Outside our country we should be ranked the last.

Dhoni is not involved in Tests the way he contributes in ODIs and T20s.He is a great player and a match winner but not in the Test Arena where he is overdependant on the big 4s to score everytime .In Tests he should not be burdened by captaincy and he must be allowed to play his natural game without being asked to lead

IF HE IS NOT CAPTAINING INDIA IN TEST THEN THERE IS NO SPACE FOR HIM IN TEST BECAUSE HE IS NOT NONTECHNICALLY CORRECT IN BATTING
