Actually our indian batsmen would like to prefer to bat on easy paced wicket with little turn either in the air or off the wicket and a strong limited overs playing conditions in favour of the batsmen, leaving bowlers helpless. You see, that time players like shewag, dhoni, virat, gambhir, and even tail enders of indian cricket team will score tons. But in test matches, be it in india or abroad, our batsmen feel very shy to play without strong playing conditions agtainst field placement. On foreign soil, mainly in england, australia, south africa, new zealand, Indian batsmen feel very shy to face real fast bowlers with beautiful bouncers. See this match at sydney, and we shall find how the batsmen defended the bouncers and gave simple catches to the fielders. If this continues, 4-0 in favour of australia is certain.
Even though Dravid is a great technical batsman, yet he has a big weakness in his footwork when the ball is pitched short of length in the middle and Offstump line. At this line, he fails to balance himself most of the time and his wicket is quite vulnerable. Poor Dravid:((

why blame old dravid? what about young promising blood like gambhir, dhoni (only scoring above 50 is not suffice for a cricket captain on the field),virat, raina etc? what is their contributions? Should we will still depend on the oldies like sachin, rahul and laxman? How long they will fight for india? all of them are round 40 years of age and their physical reflex is gone. Rember the last match when rahul got unfit when he was going fluently with his bat. But his physical fitness is definitely doubtful and selectors should think twice to include these oldies in future.
I feel BCCI should ask all the test playing nations to play only in our country and offer them double the money. This way the foreign players will be always happy to lose. We will be always winning on our dead pitches. On the ticketpayers money and sponsorships the BCCI will be happy and so will be our cricketing heroes. These players need not worry about not going abroad. With the money earned , they can always plan pleasure trips along with their business issues.

Small correction. 103 matches more left for 10DULLkar's record...lol...
India are going to be massacred in OZ like never before. The pathetic display has only proved one thing that it is time for some of the big guns to retire. The writing is on the wall for The Wall. He was out of form against the Windies & has carried the same form to Oz. If the selectors have any sense then Gambhir & Laxman should be playing their last test. The team can't carry non performers any more. Sehwag should be put on notice with his nonchalant style not suited for top flight cricket & bouncy pitches. His devil may care attitude is suited for the sub continent where he can get away with murder but on such tracks he will be found out which is happening with ridiculous regularity. Kohli needs to pull up his socks but should be given opportunities. it is time that fresh talent needs to be drafted & may take some time to get groomed. All in all a dismal performance from India.
Kholi - Yuvi Ghambir - Rohit Harbhajan -Ashwin Batting Order should be - Sachin -Sehwag , Rohit , Dravid , Laxman , Yuvi ,Dhoni ,Yadav , Zaheer , Ishant Sharma . All should play their natural game with full confidence with positive Body language .anybody with down shoulders ..faces should be dropped immediately. with Aussies you should be positive ..very tough minded and skillful ..come whatmay .. you should always pay attacking cricket ..even if you lose 4-0 ..Darna mana hai ...

how can you think laxman should continue playing. he has scored total 5 runs in his last 3 innings.

still i will count on him ..he has been match winner for many test matches in the past ..record is much better than sach..dravid ..he should be given chance ..one more point here ..if Ashwin is not taking wickets we can either add extra batsamn or bowler ..he is just waste in test cricket on australian pitches ..Harbhajan is best choice
Re: immediate replcements

Bhopinder you are crazy & displaying your regional preferences. Yuvi has proved that he cannot play test cricket & should never be considered along with Raina. Of all people how can you think of Harbhajan. He is a colossal failure as a bowler & Ashwin is far superior when compared to him. Even as a batter Ashwin is better than him.

i do u know i am from that region ..sorry u r wrong ..i belong to India. ..i want the best team to play to beat aussies
Whenever the Indians have a good day on the field he is on Times Now, NDTV CNN IBN etc... but when Indians are being hammered as it is most of the time he goes to the basement of his chennai house and hides

Forget it. Indian player and BCCI sold Indian prestige in Aus. To meet Aus PM team was waiting outside for 20 min. while Aus press allowed to enter.

Why not get Sharath Pavar. He might take a few slaps but the MadrChod won't lose his wicket.

Don't expect runs from Gambhir unless he eats something spicy
