then you have to drop OLD MAN Sachin; In any case he will get an opportunity to score his 100th 100 this year, when some weak teams will come to India. Dean Jones was right, Indian selectors are afraid.............

What difference did Sachin's presence made in tour of Australia and England? He created a record of being part of 2 consecutive whitewash series.. Sportsman has to have a soldiers attitude and not CLERICAL, like Indian Fans

come on from how many years do we keep saying form is temporary and class is permanent for sachin..it is high time he retires and gives one berth to someone new...will u retain him till he is 60-70 because his class is good ?,,age also catches up my friend
Srikanth in his interview to CBNIBN conveyed that Raina and Jadeha have been selected because of home conditions inspite of poor track record since 2 years and they wont be selected for foreign conditions it seems. Pathetic and Foolish thinking.
What if Raina shines well in home conditions? Will he be ignored for foriegn selection?
Guys, this indian cricket is going nowhere with people like these

Cant understand why a simple rule cannot be applied which is as follows
"Retain players who performs every 2-3 innings and drop who does not fit into this rule"
There is no fault on the part of Gautam Gambhir. Selectors please listen. Dhoni if you want to do politics than please fight elections against Mulayam Singh Yadav and Lalu Prasad Yadav. They will teach you what is politics. But for Gods sake don;t play with the genuine minds who only knows cricket and nothing about politics. You can make Kris Srikanth as your star election campaigner and members of team Chennai Super Kings as Party workers and the owners of Chennai Super Kings as financiers for your party. The party name could be Gutbaji and the party symbol could be a bag of cement.
This is actually not Team India. This is basically Team Chennai Super Kings. Good performers from other IPL domestic tournament are simply ignored. Few years back Gutbaji was promoted at the time of Greg Chappel. That took the career of Ganguly but also resulted to poorest performance by India in world cup.
History is repeating again. This time there could be Sehwag or gautam gambhir in place of Ganguly whose career can take a beating.
We remembered Srikant as our favourite opening batsman but now we are loosing that good image.
If one good inning can promote Kohli to be a vice captain than comparing the performance of Gambhir and Dhoni the performance of Gambhir is lot better. So Gambhir should be made captain in place of Dhoni.
Having given up 600 plus runs in Test matches, the future of India's Test bowling relies more on wicket-taking abilities. Which means fast bowlers with more pace and spinners who are slower through the air and can impart more revolutions to the balls.
In any bowling lineup in Indian conditions you should always have a genuine leg spinner like Mishra. The other genuine off spinner is Monish Parmar.
As far as pace is concerned Varun and Yadav are now able to bowl consistently at above 145 kph, So for the SL Test series the attack should be
Yadav Varun Parmar Mishra
2 fast bowlers which are Right Arm Fast and Parmar and Mishra as genuine world class spinners
