Ha Ha Ha Haaaa... Hats off to pandey for the joke of the year.
if you don't watch cricket at least check the news paper. this so called finisher is finisher for Indian cricket. He is living on the effort of other players. He did not play well for long time. he opts to be coming down the ranks to have a not out score with very low strike rate and even throw matches. he never play inform batsmen and bowlers. He is not thinking for INDIAN CRICKET now.

It is Dhoni versus Sehwag and Gambhir,
by Ravi House on Feb 16, 2012 11:24 AM  | Hide replies

Half man and half dress is what they say for enhancing your outlook. Like that, half performance and half great talking is the one you need to enhance your charisma. Dhoni is definitely too good than the rest when it comes to talking.

After the test match series dhoni said that he would hand over the captaincy if there is an alternative. Having said that he does want any alternative to exist. Keeping only that in mind, he suddenly brought this rotation policy, strictly for the openers, for the sake of denying regular chances to sehwag and gambhir in the odis who are the potential alternatives for the test captaincy. Two things he can achieve through this. One if somebody is in form his rhythm will be affected because of the break which would result in subsequent failures as it may happen in gambhir's case. Two if you fail doubts will be created in your mind about your very inclusion in the team. By playing these tricks dhoni is trying to put extra pressure on sehwag and gambhir to perform which may result in both of them failing and in the process thus eliminating the potential alternatives for the test captaincy.

The immediate question in everybody's mind will be that i am creating stories since i do not like him. Let me tell you, in what way the experience gained by the youngsters now alone is going to help after three years.

To be continued...

If the experience alone is going to help then why did sachin, dravid, laxman, sehwag all fail after having all the experience of not just playing but performing well in australia in the past? It is the form which matters most than just experience. The question now is will these youngsters who are all experiencing now will be picked for the next world cup just for their experience, eventhough they are not in form? If the answer is no, then what about the players who are not here now and who may play in the next world cup? What experience will they be having?

Hence, the concept of giving youngsters the experience and exposure is all cart and bull stories created by dhoni just to deny sehwag and gambhir enough chances.

Moreover, the fight between them is well published in all medias after the test series got over. And that gambhir told the press that why dhoni intentionally had delayed the victory was suprising.      The next match when gambhir was nearing hundred dhoni intentionally ran him out and smartly accepted that he had given wrong call before anybody questions his intention.

I may agree with you so far as getting Gambhir out intentionally is concerned. But by the same logic, you will notice that the Delhi quartet let Indian Team down in Tests with similar objective. Virat batted well towards the end after he was in the danger of being dropped. Do you agree with me?

Dual role
by apple on Feb 16, 2012 11:01 AM  | Hide replies

It is surprising that Dhoni showing apprehension on Gambhir playing in the next world cup due to age factor. Currently Gambhir is 30 years. May be Dhoni may handle dual roles of captain and selector for 2015 world cup. I admire the way he finished the last two one day matches. Somehow there is a feeling that the match could have finished earlier.

dhoni has become the best finisher ,oh God i cant beleive this . Just winning 1 match and tieing the other . This the criteria for becoming best. This is hopeless. Also the top order is a non performing bunch thats why he has to finish always.

kalpak,
dhoni neither won match (it wr gambhir, rohit, raina) n most imp. australian bowler who threw a noball of height at crucial time, nor he tied any match, again it ws lankan bowler to throw no ball of height.

those who think that dhoni finished these games mst check his pathetic SR whn reqd rate ws hardly 6 runs/over n dhoni tuk it to 8-9 runs/over by his slow batting.

The next big thing called Cook
by cc man on Feb 16, 2012 09:37 AM  | Hide replies

Guys, after scoring back to back hundreds against Pak, Cook has been proving to be the only batsmen after a long time who survived against strong bowling attack all over the world. Having proved everywhere around the world with big hundreds he may be become next big thing after Tendya

please dont compare cook to sachin. sachin is not a legend to be compared with, he is very mean and cook is not . he plays for his country and tendu only plays for money, fame , records.

ready,
u r right. sachin plays for records thats why his run are never included in team India's total, all his runs hv been included in opponents total, thats why India's record is nt that good.

cook on the other hand plays for his team, thats why his 94 vs pak recently wr added to englands total nt to paks total n still eng cudnt beat pak.

as far as sachins hunger for money is concerned, SACHIN DIDNT ACCEPTED BREWERIES OFFER OF 65 CRORES since it is a liquor company which DHONI ACCEPTED.

when sachin does something you people watch with custard oil in your eyes n u think that u hv a great knowledge in cricket.

well said sonu. Not only that whenever sachin plays well they will say the opponent is weak or match is not an important one. But whenever he fails, that match becomes very very important for them. They simply cannot digest sachin's success. That's it.
