He showed his lack of maurity by claiming to be at the top of his cricket by playing in Indian conditions.He allowed everyone to ask for his retirement which is a shame considering his great contribution to the batting of Indian team
Sachin's retirement from ODIs is a unrealistic decision as it has relieved the selectors from facing embarrassment of picking or dropping him from one-day game and stopped their income/commission

Yeah. That is why it is arealistic decision. can not be selected on past laurels. if that was the case , Zaheer , bhajji would have not been dropped.
Sachin before his back pain he was like kohinoor to indian cricket, brilliant is the least word one can say at that point of time, he cannot be compared to anyone, though he remained as valuable player later.
