Everyone is talking about young talent, It gives impression that all 11 players in the team were old as noone performed and we lost. Except Sachin,Sehwag,Dhoni & Zaheer 7 players played in the matches were young then why they didn't perform, also it was not their first or second match, all young players have been around for quite some time then why they are still not performing. We talk about giving chance to young players, just check how badly our young team performed in test matches in west indies that also against West Indies b team. After 1 or 2 innings on slow pitches we started praising Poojara, let him play some more innings before calling him replacement to Dravid. Gambhir is not old, still he could not perform. No team with talent can work without the presence of experience.
Dravid, Laxman and Kumble was real teat player. when Dravi and Laxman entered into national team thn India start winning good matches..after them, again we can see earlier drama.Sachin never was a test match winner and never ever will be, doesn't matter how many record he creating.

With Sachin in team india won 66 matches in which he Avg 64.43 Dravid 56 matches Avg 65.78 Laxman 47 Matches Avg 55.90 How does Sachin becomes less a match winner when the numbers show he indeed has equally contributed to indian wins.

One eden garden like innings and these guys become match wiinners. Sachin never won matches with drama being involved in it like. for most of his career Sachin was a lone fighter in the team inspite of his valiant efforts team has always let him down. So brother you may not like a player please dont demean his efforts

The truth come out when you look at the average of these players in lost matches. While still avg 38 laxman 26 dravid 29. Clearly show even in lost matches sachin was fighting unlike your match winners
Ban IPL and everything will fall in place. Its millions has made them lazy and fatigued. No hunger to strike glory at all. Let them retire and play IPL. Test players shouldnt join the bandwagon until later days.

Banning IPL not a solution, Even Kevin Peterson of England Played IPL. It is only that Indians were careless after winning world cup
sehwag, tendulkar, yuvraj,if required Dhoni, Zaheer, harbhajan should be dropped. Unmukt Chand, Ajinkya Rahane, parthiv patel, Umesh Yadav and one more genuine pacer should be brought into the team . The next in line to be dropped if not performing should be Gambhir and the team should be captained by Dhoni or for a shocker , Ashwin . When Dhoni was brought in, it was a shocker but it worked .
