This writer has forgotten that captain should inspire the team at tough times... which was pathetically missing.. He was behind his ego, illogical field setting and team selection. He gave full importance to his ego than team victory. That is the key point missing in the article. Otherwise this article is about removing Tendulkar, Sehwag and Gambhir
Dhoni as a captain has failed as well. He refused to use the young blood provided to him right from the Englnad series in England. Dinda, Awana, Rahane and Sharma were all sitting on the bench while non-performers like Gambhi, Sehwag, Tendulkar, Yuvraj, Raina and Zaheer are getting all the chances. he needs to go.
Selection should be on the form of the player.Forget experience & technique.Out of touch players irrespective of name & fame should be ask to regain form at national level.Then only any team can sucseed.
It's appalling Tendulkar is still shamelessly carrying on. He has long lost the respect of not only his fellow players and commentators but also millions of his erstwhile fans. There is no other motive other than the easy money he wants to make. He fully realizes that even if he retires now, no one will appreciate that; everyone will heave a sigh of relief. SO, his thinking is why not mint as much as possible before being kicked out by someone. Any self-respecting man not given to greed, would have taken retirement long long back.

Rape of girls is definitely a bigger problem, friend! And I am all game for death penalty for the culprits. But here, we are discussing Indian Cricket Team. And we are talking about someone who is continuing to humiliate himself and the country for petty gains for himself. That's not pardonable.
