Sachin is not able to beleive that his days are over. He trying to give his best shot trying to prove to himself and others wrong. But the fact is his prime days are over. If he is scared or shy to utter the word "retire" then someone else should say on his behalf. Time over.
Changing Dhoni will not help. There are many other issues in the team. First get rid of Tenda and sehwag. Bring some good bowlers. Improve the fielding

Why He is correct, Tendulkar and Sehwag must be out if you see the ranji why would not you bring back wasim jaffer and others from ranji cricket so many talent test star.
Right now we are giving examples of the Foreign players Captains but No captain can do better if there players doesn't show the Game Spirit. Even Ponting was ditched by his team mates and they lose One days and Test first time after 13 yrs of undefeat. All of us shoud proud Dhoni that he gave us world cup with his sparkling batting and wicketkeeping on that time when Indian batting order keep on collapsing when Tendu out and When India is struggling to get permanent wicket-keeper after Mongia. When Tendu out everybody say now there is no need to watch match as everybody knows that after him no player will stay at wicket and this happened in past. Now everybody hoped that don't worry we have Kohli,Dhoni,Yuvraj. Indian players right now are millioner and now if they think I want to Captain then shame to them. Why Veeru think he could be Captain as he never show that he will stay at pitch for long time without making run. We Cann't say he is Cool and Ghambir , he did well in ICL as all players are highly paid and under SRK barand. Even Ganguly was kicked off by SRK for his high headness and now every player was aware of to do best for his captain.
So seniority and Experience never tell you to go high headed but Indian players adapt easily to this behaviour
ALL performance done so far says that each player try to prove India that if they are not there then India never win.
