remove dhoni from captan & give opprtunity to kohli...... tendulkar shld announce his retirement....
Dhoni has lost his marbles. Indians lost the series because of his lack of leadership:
1. Dhoni's inability to read pitch & select playing 11 for it.
2. Uninspiring leadership by the captain. He tends to go in to a shell and does "nothing" when going gets tough.
2. Dhoni's bias for CSK & UP players is shameful. He insists on playing Raina, Vinay, Jadeja, Chawla, RP Singh, & Asswin again & again after their flop shows.
3. Dhoni has too many personal issues within the team. Dravid and VVS earlier & now its Sachin(?), Sehwag, Gambhir. Bhajji, & Yuvi.
4. His personal mudslinging over a whiskey ad where he insulted Harbhajan's Dad was was in poor taste. Bhajji was fired after Kolkatta test that he didn't even play. Even in Mumbai, Dhoni setup Bhajji to fail by bringing him late & giving him less overs.
5. Dhoni has tried to replace Bhajji but the move has back-fired with total flop of Asswin. The fact remains that Asswin was touted as ace bowler with a magic ball who failed miserably on the same pitches where Panesar & Swann ruled.
6. Dhoni's bowling changes are mindless. He changes bowler after he takes a wicket & does not give right side to the the bowlers at right time.
7. Dhoni's field placements are atrocious. He gives away too many singles.
8. His own wicket keeping is below par and does not deserve to be in the team.
9. His monotonous yapping behind the wicket is immensely annoying "Balling ... Asswin"

10. Issue with doctoring the pitches was badly handled
Dhoni stand exposed with four straight series defeats - West Indies, England, Australia, and England. Fletcher is not Gary Kirsten and Dhoni needs to go - NOW.

I have nothing against anybody but they deserve a response when they try the racist stuff. Do not mean disrespect to any religion or people.

Your Point Numbers 7 has serious effect on our bowlers not striking with the same rate as Monty and Swann.

I agree with you. The pressure can be put on the batsmen with field placements and spinners could attack the batsmen. I remember watching Eknath Solkar take amazing catches off Bedi, Prasanna and Chandra. Dhoni was defensive in field placement and trying to save boundaries. But this is on ODI or T20!!!
i think Indian team should foci right now on IPL auction and who get what rather than worry about Test Cricket. Cook, Ian Bell, Anderson all don't know how to make money. Silly fellows and they can win Tests but are going to have a pathetic retirement.
Go Indian team, go IPL...way to make money and be merry.
So who’s the new captain? Virat Kohli will be an exciting choice. South Africa went for Graeme Smith when he was 22 and he has served them well. India’s Test team needs fresh blood and fresh ideas. And Kohli seems to have these qualities that India is looking for. Transition is tricky business. Transition also takes time. As the baton passes on from one generation to another, the Indian cricket fan needs to be patient. There may or may not be a pot of gold at the end of it all. But there’s no other way. And there’s no harm in thinking brave and radical.
This guy is the main reason india is losing. He silently remains in the background getting his paycheck. He might also have partied silently after england's win. He must have also partied that no one is talking abt him

You are absolutely right about Fletcher. Perhaps a coach like Mohinder Amarnath is the need of the hour...

fletcher is powerless since the reg chappel fiasco the board has taken all power from coach regarding team selection-only give advice on batting or throw downs to players is the coach job now-dictated by bcci
