Those who ask for the head of Dhoni and not Tendulkar are biassed.

No need to sack Dhoni. But have guts to sack tendulkar. Selectors should be sacked first for not sacking Tendulkar.

Why blame Dhoni alone. He is captain only not a robot to direct and guide the players. Other team members should equally (if not more) to be blamed.

Dhoni's analysis is correct.Batsmen repeatedly failed.India played with only 10 players with Tendulkar sure to fail every time. This is India.People are dreaming to overtake China.

When India wins, raise Dhoni to skies. When other players fail, dump Dhoni as untouchable. What a farce of judgement.

No alternative for Dhoni..
by Guest on Dec 18, 2012 06:58 AM  | Hide replies

It's hard to argue Dhoni's time as a captan is over.. but who can take over.. Certainly not kohli.. who has a lot of attitude.. who is immature, unsporting , obnoxious.. always contesting umpries decision, swearing, getting into arguments, is not expected of an Indian captain.. The captain shud also be a good ambassador of the game, lead wit integrity on the field.. so as of now there is nobody to replace him

Greg Chappell told he found captaincy material in Dinesh Karthik. If not captaincy material he is a better keeper and far better batsman than ever.

Dhon's pathetic excuses
by Santosh Ghirnikar on Dec 18, 2012 05:30 AM  | Hide replies

I think MSD has completely lost his mind. Here's the order in which people should be booted out: Dhoni,Fletcher,Tendulkar (enough already!!!),Zaheer and Bhajji (already out) Ashwin (he has forgotten his job is to bowl and take wickets). Last warning to Gambhir and Sehwag. Make Kohli captain and build a brand new team. At least then we will have a good excuse for losing.

Ashwin has not forgotten, he has to learn to become a good Test match bowler. The point is the line on which he is bowling in Tests. Leg & Middle attack can only be good in restriction of flow of runs at best. I think it is team management who could have asked him to do that. And he also has to practice long spells in domestic cricket. Remember Kumble & Harbhajan also never bowled well overseas for most part of their career. They also took many Tests to mature.
