duncal fletcher is made a scapegoat . i think indian team performance is always below average. but sometime luck favour and sometime bcci money favours and we are made champion and captain takes no time to take credit for himself. so all the cricket lovers concentrate on other games.
Dhoni but for his exalted status of Skipper would not find place in Indian team. The most overrated player. Dinesh Karthik is a better batsman and keeper. SRT, Dhoni, Viru and Bhajji must be replaced with younger talents who must be given chances.

Sorry,no regional bias,Parthiv Patel is more consistent and he deserves a chance before Karthik.

wicket of yuvraj singh in second innings at kolkatta is body line by britishers again as the brits know the operation yuvraj undergone in usa is chest and bodyline attack on chest made yuvraj frighten like don bradman australia team in must disputed bodyline attacks please watch video reply of yuvraj jumping to save his wound of operation it is better if yuvraj check in hospital as the fast ball might have hurt the wound? but at the same time ICC must take strong action against bodyline attack of james anderson?
Experts advocate 'Disruptive Technology' in creation of Wealth; We need "Disruptive Transformation" for Cricket(ing) success.
Here's how it is :
1. Let us not defeat ourselves with the oft-quoted notion that a blend of Youth(juniors) & Experience(seniors) is the right mode of selecting a team; It is passe' & no longer is valid in today's environment.
2. Today's Cricket demands a bath in "SPA" (Speed, Performance, and Agility); It is the 'mantra' & there is no compromise here.
3. "Disruptive Transformation" lies in unconventional thinking & practices which creates the potential to work wonders lasting years; Select a Captain - a dark horse - with excellent leadership, motivational and inspirational capabilities (with adequate playing standards) to emphasise disruptive transformation who can steer the ship well in good or not so good times.
A clear specific for immediate implementation, though can sound unpalatable to many (me too):
Relieve Tendulkar, Sehwag, Ghambhir, Zaheer, Dhoni, Harbhajan, Yuvaraj even allowing for full payment of their match fees (while they sit out) for a year; i.e. till Dec 2013. The Board will benefit more in terms of enhanced self-confidence, self-esteem, trust, focus, less ego, favourable dressing room atmosphere of the players on DUTY for the matches.
Who can be considered?
Murali Vijay, Rahane, Virat Kohli, Pujara, Manoj Tiwary, Dinesh Karthik, Ashwin, Ojha, Dinda, Ishant, Irfan, and other li
If his hands are tied he should have resighned long back citing the truth. He should not have got money & keep mum. Dhoni & co is useless. See Indian batting line up.All are past their Prime except new comers (Viru,Gambhir,Dhoni,SRT,Zaheer,Bhajji) Yuvi & Kohli is hardly test material. How you can win matches with Ashwin,Ojha,Yadav,Pujara ? Throw this waste fellows to dust Bin & bring a new team ? Putting blame on Coach is diversion tactics from real malady. Those who are useless like SRT,Dhoni,Yuvi still persisting means they are shameless & BCCI & its selectors are ffools & spineless.

when team has senior member like sachin (yuvraj call him grandpa as do australians) there must not be any need for coach to creat more confussion or as on date the experience of sachin and sehwag is just like amir khan (RANCHO's) room partners unused brain as better described by professor sahastrabudhedhe
