WHAT ABOUT SOME LITTLE HEAT ON THE ELEVEN PLAYERS THAT REPRESENTED INDIA ON THE FIELD? WHAT ABOUT THEIR PERFORMANCE? FLETCHER DID NOT PLAY. THESE PLAYERS DID.
Could there be some accountability on these players please?!??!

Yes, but what is the role of a coach? If the team members are loafing around, it is his duty to train them. Afterall, Fletcher is supposed to be a hard taskmaster.
did anyone notice the fat around the middle of our most experienced players.why only yuvi,zak and harbhajan were sacked.why not also tendulkar,kohli and dhoni.
I think after exit of Rahul/laxman/Kumble. There is no player in India who can stand test of five days. They are not mentaly as well as physically fit to play five day cricket. For players Cricket has become place to earn money for day to day living. With IPL and one dayers they make enough money. I think india should announce retirement from Test Cricket as a team. I dont think we will be a known test team now onwards.
Stop these guys from making fast buck thro' ads. They are not loyal to India. No one sweats out and we are lame ducks watching them fool around and make fortune out of us.
Cricket should be discouraged and individual games should be encouraged.
from these article author assess the england system then why they are not success in MULTI COUNTRY tournament except won only alone T20 in 2010, Thers is mistake in chossing the coach by indian not selecting the indian coach and relied on Duccan Please check his credintial as player & coach he is just over rated coach nothing

Dont Blame Fletcher...our so called cricketers dont have the attitude to play for the country and the fighiting spirit...they have been given more money than they actually deserve...how do you expect them to perform.....like in IAO BCCI needs to be kicked out of ICC for some time...may be we can learn a few lessons.
duncan fletcher may not be the cause of this state but he is ineffective and we need a person like Mohinder Amarnath who calls a spade a spade or like Greg Chappel who does not mind giving a nice slap even to a senior player if he does not perform well but maintaining arrogance , is needed for our team to turn around , if we can't get a person like Kirsten .Obviously , an old war horse like Duncan is not the choice come whatever may.
