I liked Sachin's game for long time. Not any more. He needs to step down now.. Or BCCI needs have guts to show him the door..

OK whole team failed, why not give chance to a youngster, may be another kohli will be born. Innings over-Tendulkar
This c.o.n.m.a.n is making team pay a heavy price for his personal and s.e.l.f.i.s.h gains .. He will kill any spirit and any motivation and any hope in youngsters that they could also play in team . Take a bow 'master'

Why blame only Dhoni. He was given this team by the Selectors. The Selectors have been sleeping for the last 5-6 years sulking under ominous form of Dravid, Laxman and Sachin instead of grooming youngsters when these stalwarts crossed their prime age. These dumbheads started searching for replacement only after Dravid and VVS retired and so this situation.

What scapegoat? As if the team has only two batting positions? What about the openers? What of Yuvi and Kohli? More importantly what has been Dhoni's own performance with the bat? Dude the writing was on the wall. Dhoni did not have the guts to act in time. Same goes for the selectors. Everybody thought that since it was a home series, it would be a cakewalk for us. They grossly underestimated England. This is a vastly improved English side that has learnt from its bitter failures in the past - something the Indians themselves should have done.

If selectors are the one who is responsible, they should be getting rewards and appreciation at the time when India was performing as well....bcoz it is selectors who made the team....but those times Dhoni was appreciated for his captancy....Now it is clear that the Dhoni has nothing great in his captancy where it is made possible by the other players in the team....
Its better some players talk less and focus on game, I liked dhoni as brave at this testing times , Captain main job not just on field its also in dressing room that reflects, he has to assess well the mood of the team and do the needful with coach, there is nothing can be done in overnight other than getting into positive mood and get united and cheer for others success!!!
People like Sourav Ganguli, VVS Laxman, Rahul Dravid were forced to retire giving the excuse that these players are getting old and slow and that team need fresh and fast legs in the field, especially when there was no real backup for their replacement. Dhoni supported this theory to bring in his favorite players. Speed of these fresh guns is quite evident while coming in to bat and getting out. They all want to play every ball like T20 with no footwork.
Dhoni will now feel the same pressure now what he created for some senior players who formed the core team.

The above argument may apply to ODIs and T20 matches, but not for Tests. Sadly, apart from Pujara, we do not have batsmen with the mentality to play in the longer version of the game.
