Mr Chatur:: there is a diff between being afraid and being knowing ur true potential which is helpful for all..He could have easily retained the captianship and noone would have dared asked him to stepdown ( since anyway its a B grade 20-20 tournament..)..however he huimself has given this as he can play freely and would help with more runs for the team !! -- if u havent underatstood..start from line 1 again
wise move. but is there something more to it than you just wanting to enjoy the game? perhaps to bring harbhajan back into the reckoning once again in the national team? with kohli as vice captain, harbhajan takes a backseat even if he makes it back to the team. perhaps the captaincy stint may tilt the scales in his favour at some opportune moment.
As Head Clerks cannot be a Good Captain or Leader,it is not a big surprise Sachin handing over the captaincy to Bhajji. He is always sits at back bench and also never and ever comment to media or never show his anger for true spirit.Let captain do take all responsibility but i will go out to middle and score for my benefit.That's it.

Against Pseudo, by KM VB's logic Ricky Ponting, Rahul Dravid and many more were not good captains as they handed over their captaincy. It means they all are head clerks. lollll:)
why all are criticizing sachin tendulkar about Milestones...selfishness.... i challenge anybody else can score like him ... is it possible to score selfish???? is it possible to make milestones for personnel records???? if it is possible, why it is not possible to others??? or except sachin all others are unselfish???

Sachin the old aged still playing even after world cup win has demoralised players.May be it is there in players mind that the chance for the youngsters are being given after players sit on a bench for maximum matches.Players must be wondering what would be Sachin next record to achieve that making him to play even no player with true feeling wanting him to play further and further? India and captain lost its chance of qualifying for final in Asia Cup is best example.Okay happned is happaned INDIA lost Asia Cup chance but Sachin achieved his 100th Ton,so what else ? Why sachin still out there in the middle.This sort of feeling is hurting player as each one of them know how hard to get a chance to play for INDIA and how a chance is being given by selectors for each player.So why sachin as like other former players shown their way for youngsters a chance and made INDIA proud with 20-20 and 50-50 formats world cup winning, is not showing his way out? BCCI and Selector, do remember that ......It is very demoralising even for every one even for a child watching cricket in these days in INDIA loosing each series and Cup.

how could you blame sachin alone for asia cup loss, even srilanka also lost the birht they also world cup semifinalist... bangladesh played well, 289 is small score for bnagle??? what happened to indian bowling??? india always produced greats in batting but our bowling department ???? sachin is the second highest scorer in world cup, why it was not possible to others?? if performance is the matter for selection then sachin will definetley qualify for playing? he nevr takes place for granted.

Saxhin attended Mukesh Ambani's felicitation for his 100th hundred when all Bollywood Stars also graced the occasion. The very next day BCCI had organised a farewell to Rahul Dravid on his retirement at Mumbai only for which Sachin intentionally missed by extending an excuse that he had prior appointment appointment in London for his toe injury. He is again back at Mumbai to play IPL. Does not his toe injury bother now? He did not tolerate and was highly jealous of Rahul Dravid, the only Indian and an outsider of Australia being honoured at Bradman's Ovation. This act of Sachin is unpardonable and always lingers in the mind of all his non-Mumbai admirers

Now, does everyone understand the true reason of Sachin's avoiding the felicitation function of Rahul Dravid? Thanks to Mr Against Pseudos for providing the right reason. Before announcing retirement Rahul Dravid spoke to Sachin and then only announced.
