Sachin is a match winner...............
by Prince Aniston on Sep 29, 2011 08:29 AM  | Hide replies

Some of his critics always envy sachin tendulkar it'slike spitting on the sun... Critics always crying that sachin is not a match winner.... But who had started all this.....

I remember.... it is by Imran Khan... reason .... sachin and inzamam made their international debut at the same time... at that time imran predicted inzamam is better batsman that sachin... however, after 6-7 years sachin left inzy far behind.... it makes imran angry... In an interview to rediff.com in 2000, Imran was the 1st to say in jealousy that sachin is not match winner...... pakistanis and their players thinks that match winner is the player who throws his bat after scoring wining run, it doesn't matter to them if he scores 1,2,5 or 10 runs....

IMO matchwinner is a player whose contribution is big in winning his side..... that matchwinner gets man of the match award.... Sachin won MOM 62 times.... most in the world..

If sachin is not match winner, then i doubt there exist anyone!

SACHIN IS DEFINITELY NOT A MATCH WINNER. ITS A UNIVERSAL FACT.
IAM SURPRISED THAT UR ASKING IF THERE IS A MATCH WINNER AT ALL, OTHER THAN SACHIN. THE ANSWER IS -

-LAXMAN
-DRAVID
-SEHWAG !!!

YOU LOOK AT THE ACTUAL FIGURES, IN LAST 15 YRS, WHENEVER THESE THREE BATSMAN MADE BIG SCORES, INDIAN WON !!!!

-Another example, just remember what Laxman did along with Ishant sharma in the test match against srilanka.....and waht sachin did in teh last test against england !!!!

dude Sachin scored 241 not out and 60 in one test against Aus and match was drawn. Dravid scored 233 and 70 against Aus and took more balls than what Sachin played and India won. The actual hero was Ajit Agarkar who took 6 wickets in 2nd innings and demolished Aussies. There was no bowler like that in that match to support Sachin. But surprisingly, nobody talks abt Agarkar, but only talks abt Dravid's heroic innings.
Ponting has so much of success rates cuz he was greatly supported by great bowlers.
In this world cup Ponting scored century & still lost against India. U think Aussies would have lost if they had those bowling greats???

by Varun on Sep 29, 2011 08:17 AM  | Hide replies

I just glanced through the page below and so much of critics on a person owning a home...please stop all this and try doing something better...these unwanted blogging would not even fetch a single penny and we will keep seeing the successful people with an open mouth...let's not critisize/comment something that won't reach that person...let's get into something that gives us happiness, confidence, and peace...

(am not a sachin's supporter/critisizer)

by Sanjay Patel on Sep 29, 2011 07:40 AM  | Hide replies

No doubt that Sachin is a legend. He has never showed off like that stupid money hunger Dhoni.Sachin always maintains his calm. But these, the big bosses like Sharad Pawar and Srinivason of BCCI are misusing him to the core. Infact they are misusing the entire cricket fratenity. These players are bound to listen to them.. Some one should clean the BCCI.

Mr Patel who told you Dhoni is showing off his money ,Sachin took long time to built a house Because it is very difficult to get land in Mumbai and it took him a long to get that land.If you think Dhoni is useless and shows off then you go and win world cup for India .

Just because, he won the world cup for India, he cannot be considered as great. It was the whole team effort that won the world cup.He shouldn't alone be credited for the victory. What Sachin has done to Indian cricket, Dhoni can never do it. Dhoni should learn from Sachin.

Sachin has right to earn
by Vivek Dev on Sep 29, 2011 07:33 AM

Sachin has right to earn as much money as he wants like every other Indian. He should play on to make more and more and more money and runs. All cricketers have that right, not only Sachin. We should respect each other's rights.

this is the same case in all the countries even in France where from the sexy lady Paris Hilton came. So your mention that Inidins is not correct. Tell in general Humans. Do not tell Indians. The difference is that in Poor countries like India the poor suffer heavily and in rich countries they suffer to far lesse extent. In philphines where the majority are Chrts, the suffereing and humiliation of poor is much more than those in India. If you have doubt go to that country ans see it. Go alsoto USA and see how the poor are suffring there whithout a shelter and shivering. There too the rich least bother about the poor. Basically we are cruel and do not even allow our cocreatures to live along with us and kill them for our dirty stomaceh. But we are narrow minded and bother about human suffering at the most and do not bothe even to kill and eat our cocreatures. Are you are me really great? Of course I never eat even an egg and I am older than 60, and very healthy.

I understood your point and I agree with you. However, please don’t forget that there is life even in food grains, whether rice or wheat or whatever, you eat. A lion eat a deer (it has no other way to survive), does it mean that lion is a cruel animal? Therefore, please try egg at least once, it is truly delicious!

And don’t forget, if people don’t eat eggs, this planet will be filled with hens and they will eat us to survive. This universe is literally an ENIGMA.

¤ Tendulkar a Successor to Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam in the Board of CARE Hospitals, and the hospital has been of great help to the needy, especially sportspersons of the state. Tendulkar has been instrumental in the hospital taking care of total expenses for treatment of even state level sportsmen and women.

¤ Tendulkar has also been lending a helping hand to the downtrodden in Tardeo in Mumbai for over 11 years now by providing clothes and other necessities to 250 children besides taking care of their complete education, including books, notebooks, shoes and school uniforms.

¤ Tendulkar has helped over 300 have-nots so far through the Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in Chennai since October 2004 to get their cataract and eye grafting operations done. The champion batsman said he was unwilling to talk about this aspect of his as he did not want to seek publicity from these causes.

¤ "Sachin is involved with 'Apnalaya' in Tardeo, Care Hospitals in Hyderabad and Dr. Agarwal Eye Clinic in Chennai, besides the 'Make Wish Foundation', which has been doing a remarkable job for over a decade."

Unarguably Sachin Tendulkar is a "silent crusader" when it comes to charity. We have been following him since 18 years and he gave us all moments of joy and happiness that makes us proud to be born in TENDULKAR ERA.

Sachin dreams of an India which is more than just hope, and to fulfill it he is actively involved in various programs for social upliftme

number of beggars have greatly reduced. hardly saw few beggar on trip in South India recently.
all these rich people are also providing employment to many..so you cant blame them for everything.
think of how many people are making money and a living due to Sachin/cricket and HCL etc .
you need an element of arrogance to reach the top and also to survive.

Forget misusing some government quota, the bigger scam here is Indian Cricket itself!

This sport is completely fixed and managed by fixers.

Sachin's earning are just the tip of the iceberg!

Just imagine how much money the fixers must be making in this scam!

I had a dream of owning a house
by Rohit Kumar on Sep 28, 2011 11:44 PM  | Hide replies

Look at this statement. Till today the world's richest cricketer and one of the richest sportsmen was living in a house under Sports quota. That means despite having money to buy half of Mumbai, this shameless guy was occupying a govt house which should have been allotted to a less privileged upcoming national athlete. You might be the world's greatest batsman but you are definitely not India's greatest match winner and you have shown your selfishness umpteen number of times.
