Best ever Indian cricketer was Kapil Dev, and Dravid will fall behind few others also Gavaskar, Tendulkar and Kumble. Certainly one of the best, but not the best.

True.... then if they give it to Sachin it will be insult to greats like Dravid, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev and even Anil Kumble....We all no all this people have played wonderfully. So be honest.

Certainly BR is a coveted award and no one in cricket field deserves it, as, all of them are selfish and money greedy.

You are a jewel in India's ladder up the cricketing world. You deserve more recognition that what you have got now. But you are India's best test player better than my idol Sachin bhai. Jaihind!
Rahul Dravid is one of the greatest human being I have ever come across, who has handled fame, money and cricket with immense respect and gratitude.
Many other upcoming sportsmen should learn from him especially the youngsters, they have to learn values from Dravid like patience, kindness, respect and most importantly the DETERMINATION OF THE WALL that was required in crucial and crunching matches.

No words can be enough to describe the contribution of Rahul Dravid to the cricket and our nation. He has played in true spirit of the game and always prized his wicket. He is legendary and tallest in the game of cricket.
