India seems to have one due to the absence of biggies who falter facing great expectations. Due to their absence, young blood, who want to prove themselves, were given a chance. That worked the trick.
We saw some good batting . But on the other hand, England was restricted in its totals by the young bowlers who were neglected for quite some time by Shrikanth without any valid reason. Dhoni is there to grab the credit.

we should say after ganguly dhoni is better...kapil comes only after ganguly and dhoni. Ofcourse kapil is far superior to gavaskar and azhar..
AZHAR AND GANGULY PROVED AS SUCCESFFUL CAPTAINS. DURING THEIR CAPTAINCY, COMPLETE TEAM DEPEND ON SACHIN PEFORMANCE. MOST OF THE MATCHES WON BY SACHIN. UNDER DHONI CAPTAINCY, YOUNG TEAM ALSO GIVING GOOD RESULTS, MOSTLY IN INDIA. OUR YOUNG TEAM HAVE TO PROVE OUTSIDE INDIA ALSO. ANYWAY SEEMS AND PROVED DHONI IS REAL GREAT CAPTAIN. ONE EXAMPLE: WITHOUT SACHIN HE WON T2O WORLD CUP AND NOW HE WON SERIES WITH YOUNG TEAM.

neither during dhoni's captaincy nor during azhar's captaincy nor during ganguly's captaincy was ever india dependent on sachin performance...most of the mathces won under dhoni under azhar and under ganguly were because of other 10 players NOT sachin...
sachin is as overrated during dhoni's time as he was during azhar's time as he was during ganguly's time..

Everyone knows how much India depended on Sachin. He was and will remain the pioneer of Indian cricket for a long long time. Your incorrect and faulty criticism only inspires me about his greatness. Thanks.

yes everybody knows how much india depended on sachin. everybody knows he was never pioneer of indian cricket EVER. my criticism is NOT incorrect or faulty.
i have always elaborated in detail what his good points and what his bad points are. i have told in detail when he can be depended upon to play good innings and i have also told in detail when he can be depended upon to fail (because of no nerve, no temperament, no winning attitude, etc. i have given scores of example in support of my argument/criticism.
what my argument/criticism inspires you to do is none of my business. thanks.

you are wrong... under ganguly it was dravid, laxman, sewag and sachin with so many good bowlers contributed not just sachin alone..
